Description of Work: I hired Michael Greene Painting Inc. to paint the exterior of my house including the trim. The price was not the cheapest but was reasonable. Michael (the owner) presented himself professionally and the work was performed reasonably close to schedule. The problem I had with the Michael Greene Co. was getting them to come back to fix some missed areas and clean some spatter. I had paid him in full and got him to come back to fix these issues only with the help of a neighbor whose house was being painted by Greene. I later found a window sill that had been missed entirely by the painters. I advised Michael of this problem and he told me that he would send someone by to fix the problem. Since I had no neighbor to help this time he never showed up and I painted the missed area myself. His failure to perform required corrective work is the reason I gave him lower ratings.

+ 1 moreMichael's price was very competitive and he uses quality paints (not cutting corners by using cheap products). He answered all the questions and took the time to explain how and why certain things should be done; it was obvious he has pride in his work. He was great and is very professional. Very detailed and thorough including pointing out any potential problems BEFORE the job. He said he would send an estimate in 3 days and we got it in 3 days. He did follow up to see if we had any questions. When it comes to home contractors, this is always worth noting: he came in a timely manner and did the job when he said he would. Once he came in and talked to me, I knew he is the one that I would want. Made the house look better than new. Will definitely use Michael Greene Painting again, next for a couple of interior projects.
