Description of Work: We called Coastal CSP 3 times in August for an estimate - my husband called twice, I called once. We never got a call back. I guess if they're busy or they don't want to do the work, they don't call back. I don't consider this very professional.

Description of Work: Overall, we were pleased with the promptness and quality of work done: painting the exterior of our large, older home, with pressure washing and minor repairs being done first. We also appreciated the professional quality of the contract, which spelled out clearly what was to be done and the type of paint to be used. But I do caution you to read your contract carefully before you sign it----I noticed on my contract that despite our previous conversation (in which I mentioned that I wanted the two main painted doors a different color than the original color) that since I did not see this in the written contract, I specifically reported this fact on the contract copy which I signed and returned to the company. The overall price was in the middle of several estimates we got---a couple of bids were so low that I doubted that the work would be done properly and another bid was priced way too high (based on my research of what such a job should cost). We were not so happy with an unexpected extra cost for paint, sprung on us at completion of the work right when payment was due. The spokesperson agreed with me that I should have been contacted first. Later he said that he would show me the receipts for the entire cost of paint, but so far, I have not seen such receipts. So I will tell you: make sure that your contract says that no additional costs will be added without first contacting you.

Description of Work: Chris and another person came by (after calling to say he would be later than planned) on 42/13 to look at my deck that is in need of replacement/repair-I needed an estimate. After spending some time and coming up wiith a couple of alternatives, Chris said he would email me 2 quotes. Have not heard from him since 4/2/13; left a messge on his number on 4/15 but still no word as of today (4/19/13). I would be suspect of the quality of work if this is an example of his professionalism. I did say in my message that if he was not interested in the job, to please let me know.

Description of Work: I called and spoke with Chris. I told him i was interested in having several "settling crack" fixed. Chris said he'd call me back. So here I am about one month later and still waiting for his call.

Description of Work: No services were actually performed. I called twice over two days to get an appointment for some work on my house. No one answered either time and I left a call back message both times. No response. Evidently, they do not need my business.

Description of Work: I made an appt. a week ahead on the day of the appt.which was schedule for 4/4/12 the company did not show at 1000 a.m. as schedule. I telephoned Coastal at 1100 a.m. and was told "they forgot" is this and said my name; I responed yes.the phone person said we can schedule another appt. My response was no thanks. I can not speak for workman ship.

Description of Work: Although this was not the least expensive of my estimates, I was very happy with my choice. Work was done in a timely fashion, done carefully with repeated attention to detail.

Description of Work: Josh and Chris installed and painted wainscoatiing, chair rail and crown molding. Results were better that expected, really added some class. They arrived promptly and completed the work and clean-up as promised. They also applied an oil base stain to my dock and deck. Again, outstanding results. I will have them back when I need anything else. These guys can do it all.

Description of Work: Christ was very reliable and the price was right. The price included labor and all the paint. They prepped the deck (large) in a day, then came back and stained it the next day. He called afterward to assure we were happy with the work. The deck looks excellent. Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: I hired CSP Contracting to pressure wash my home and paint the interior of my home. The price was very reasonable, and the work was high quality. CSP Contracting will be the only company i hire, from this point on for services I need done in my home. I highly recommend this company.
