Description of Work: I contacted them by phone as a new customer. They agreed to be at my home the next day. No one ever came. The following day I called, and they were all too busy to talk to me. The receptionist assured me that she had given them my message and they would return my call. I have never heard from them again.

 + -1 moreGet an estimate (hourly rate and approx time required up front. Have the work area cleared of junk. Have the new PC ready and waiting in its box. Do not try to do this job by yourself. Get random advice regarding security, hardware, etc. Well worth the price
Description of Work: Confirm old PC was dead; disconnect it and install new PC. Get peripheral devices, email and wireless network running. Transferred document and picture files from old computer to new one. Took old PC away to restore it to service (an extra charge of approx $150).

Description of Work: Several services so far: 1) restore ITunes, cleaned up home computer; 2) set up Blackberry and synced to computer and handheld, dealt with glitch in blackberry software; 3) installed external harddrive for back up of files; 4) fixing harddrive (software itself has issues).

He assessed my tech needs and advised me about options. His installation service was perfect and I have the confidence that, when and if follow-up is required, Lee will be accessible and professional whenever needed.
