Description of Work: I just had four area rugs cleaned. Three were Karastans and one was a hand woven Tibetan rug. This is a family-owned business that has been around for years. The turnaround time was 2+ weeks but because I chose to bring them in and pick them up (thereby saving 25%), I couldn't get them until the owner was at the place of business. So it took another week or so for us to connect. If you need the rugs cleaned in a really fast turnaround time, this might not not the place for you. But I think it takes time for a rug to be cleaned thoroughly but gently and to dry completely without change of size or shape.
