It started out great but after the third day, we saw the paint was getting on a lot of the outside of the windows. We mentioned this to him and he said it would be taken care of. We asked to have the furniture removed on the deck and he agree to move it before the painting began. We were not there at the time and found he had not moved them. We had expensive wicker furniture that got paint chips all over it. The deck and railings were mahogany and they assured they would be covered well. This was brand new decking. When my husband returned, the tarps had some form of oil on them and got on the mahogany. There was paint on them as well that they had tried to sand off! He did not finish two of the basement window trim and he will not return our calls now. We have tried several times to contact him and he is avoiding us. Would not recommend him to anyone.
