Description of Work: We had a rough start with the company. It took them a month to get back to us and to set up an appointment. Kept calling and the person answering the phone always said she would get back to us but never did. My husband ended up driving to the office and they set up an appointment for the next weekend. We were very pleased with the guys that came out and the work was done to our satisfaction. We had gutters put on, a drain added to the side of the house and some clapboard replaced where the rain run off rotted the wood. The reason for the "c" in responsiveness was because of the delays in getting back to us.

Description of Work: Initally, we had a schedule mishap. But they recovered well and did a great job while we were out of town. Recommend.

Description of Work: They provided quality gutters for our Church. The quality and courtesy was excellent. We had to wait for installation as they were busy but once a date was set, they were prompt and neat. Definitely would recommend their services.

Description of Work: They came and looked at the job, offered some constructive criticism, and found time to get the job done before winter. I had a couple of gutters that were low enough to the ground that I had been keeping them up; they decided to add some hangers and stuff for them at a minimal charge, as well as dealing with the ones high off the ground, including replacing the boards behind them and painting the boards inside their shop so it would be warm enough for the paint.

Description of Work: Removed about 30-35ft of old rotten (wood) gutters and old downspouts |replaced some fascia board, put up new fir gutters and aluminum downspouts |aluminum fascia aprons. downspouts ran down thru deck then under deck up at joist level for 12ft then down alongside support columns to carry water far from the house and foundation. 20ft of seamless gutter system on front of garage Looks great and the basement will now stay dry in the heaviest of rain.

Description of Work: gutter tune up secured the downspouts to the building with new straps sealed all the seams. |I went well after they sent someone out that knew what they were doing. It appears that they did a good job will see when we get a heavy rain.

Description of Work: We had used this company for gutters on the house and were looking for an estimate for gutters on our barn, as well as give us advice regarding adding another downspout or repair the leaking gutter they put on the house. In less than 2 years, the estimate for the barn was more than twice the cost of the house gutters (the length of the gutters are about equal) and they would not quote just the addition of the downspout on the house. They were slow coming out for the estimate and never followed up on the estimate. I would not recommend them.

Description of Work: Very professional in their approach and made the repairs that I needed very quickly to prevent additional damage to my home. By contrast the other gutter company that I picked out of the yellow pages never could find the time to get out to my house in two weeks. By then the work was already complete and done very well.
