These guys are amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional and considerate. I am looking forward to having the FLUES BROS. do all my wood stove and chimney work going forward. Contacted Justin with a problem with my Vermont Casting Winter Warmer stove. The stove was not burning properly with the flue not drawing air very well; he determined that a cleaning was required and suggested replacing the chimney cap to improve airflow. Both jobs were completed very professionally and at a very fair price. The results have been excellent and the stove burns like new.

It went well. They were extremely informative, friendly, and most of all respectful in my home. They cleaned up after themselves, made great suggestions and did what they could to clean my chimney. Thanks 😊

We did not think our wood stove was going to be repaired until February because everyone we called was booked until February. Justin was also booked until February but came by on a Saturday morning. Justin repaired our wood stove and also repaired and put the cap on. Justin arrived on time and was extremely professional. I can now use my wood stove thanks to Justin. A++.

Great guys, very professional and honest. We wanted the chimney cleaned, but they said it was clean and didn’t need it, and did not charge for it, I think that some people would charge you even If it didn’t need it. I would highly recommend them

Our experience in working with Justin O'Donnell (Flues Brothers Chimney Sweeps) and his associate was excellent, from our initial call to him through to completion of the work. We have two stoves and we have heated our home for the last thirty-five years primarily with them. This year due to an unfortunate situation we had to find a new service provider, and the Flues Brothers were recommended to us. They were professional, clean, competent, very pleasing to work with and their fee was quite reasonable for the work performed. We will continue with them in future years.

The guys were great. Very responsive with setting up the appointment. They were on time, work quickly, neatly and efficiently. Justin was very professional and friendly. Only charged me for cleaning the wood stove & flue. He inspected the fireplace upstairs, and it was clear with no issues. I would use this service again.

very prompt and informative. Kind and respectful in answering all my questions. I have not hired them as yet as other expenses have come up, however, i will be and would recommend them to anyone looking for answers about alternate fuel installations.

Justin did a great job. Actually found him while having breakfast at a local restaurant - saw the logo on his shirt and asked about getting an estimate some time- He came over on the spot and sent a written estimate within a day or so. Install of liner was not easy - had a jog in the chimney - needed to be installed form the top down off a three story roof. Great work, very responsive.
