Great job

It was a two day job. He showed up on time and he ended on the second day just like he had promised. He was clean in his work, he caused no additional damages and we are happy with the result both in terms of blending the color and the sturdiness of the base of the tub. Overall very pleased.

Michele in the office and Maax who did the repairs were very professional, punctual, and efficient. Michele got back to me quickly every time I sent an e-mail or left a message for her. The bathtub seems better than new. I was given a 5 year guarantee and said that it should last for another 25 years. I believe that it will last. I thought the job was expensive but I could not find a good less expensive option. This process was much less expensive thanremodeling my bathroom.

When I built my house in 1989, the acrylic bathtub installed by the builder cracked where the sidewall met the lower shelf. I used Fiber Pro (Kevin Howie) to make the repair. Recently, after almost 25 years, I noticed that the crack was beginning to reappear. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Kevin was still in business. He came out and did his usual outstanding job and completely redid the original crack repair spending at over two hours in the effort. Because of the age of my tub, he did not have the exact paint pigmentation to exactly match the original color. The repair was solid and will give me another 20 or so years of service, but he was not happy with the color match. He ordered a fresh batch of the color, one that he very rarely uses these days and returned to repaint the surface. The end result is outstanding with no indication of the original crack or the ensuing repair.
