 + 0 moreProject was 6-9 mo the delayed. Have found problems and issues related to poor workmanship from subcontractors that the builder used, due to lack of supervision. I am still finding issues 9 months out! Needed a lawyer to settle, at the end for services that the builder was not willing to provide. Very condescending and difficult to deal with. Contract was not well represented. Watch the semantics.
