DMG Plumbing Inc

We have used DMG Plumbing for most of our plumbing needs ever since we moved to Plymouth. Scheduling is extremely easy as they either call or email or text back same day with selection of dates and times. They use two hour windows. Dan arrived as planned on disconnect day and quickly disconnected the old dishwasher for easy removal by delivery personnel when they brought the new one the next day. Following day Dan returned as scheduled and installed the new washer. Two visits minus repeat customer discounts came to $300.00, parts and labor. Very reasonable based on research I did.

All the work I requested got done without any problems, even adding in an extra job of installing a new dishwasher. Dan was prompt, friendly, organized, and efficient in his work. I would highly recommend DMG plumbing.

There were complications with the washing machine hook-up due to shoddy work of someone previous to my moving in. It was corrected very well and everything works great.

My water heater broke and needed a fast replacement and I heard them through a friend that they are very good and fast at installing! and lo and behold a new water heater! no more cold! I highly recommend them!

Very well. the plumbers that worked at the house were extremely punctual, worked fast, very competent and gave excellent advice.

I've hired DMG a few times and its gone excellent each and every time. They show up right on time and are very professional. I've never had to call them back to redo any of the work they've performed.

Tried to add additional work while there,..BUT added pricing after work was complete making it a two project job. Over priced on labor charge for work/time reqd thus can afford to offer 10% discount.

Dan was fantastic! He is incredibly professional, thorough, friendly, and responsive. He (and his staff member Anna, who was also super nice!) responded to our calls very promptly, and he was able to fit us into his schedule quickly too. Dan was a pleasure to work with and was really fantastic answering our questions. (And he was great at reassuring us too, which is always a plus when you're dealing with a gas leak!) He found the part we needed straight away and was able to repair it sooner than we expected. Yay! We definitely felt like we were in good hands, and really appreciated him going the extra mile for us when we had a follow-up question after the job was completed. We highly recommend working with Dan, and we will absolutely use DMG Plumbing in the future!

Very well. They just left, so the quality hasn't been demonstrated yet, but I'm sure it's great.

Dan was professional, on time, his work was excellent, the finished product was as-expected, and he left the house spotless. We've had quite a few people come through since buying the house (its 90 years old), but Dan is the first that I would recommend to others. I would hire him again. He's my plumber now.

They came out to give us a quote.. Was told we would receive the quote in a couple of days. Never heard back.

He was able to completely repair the disposal in no time, and advise me on how to possibly avoid the problem in the future. He dealt with the toilet with similar speed and success. In less than an hour he was in and out, and he gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member. I have used him before, and will again - I keep his business card on my fridge.

When my hot water heater had a big leak, I wanted someone to come the same day which I knew could be difficult. However, DMG came the same day. I wanted to try and do a quick fix of patching the leak, which was done, but setup for him to come by to replace it (since it was 11 years old). He was able to come 2 days later and thank goodness since the water heater had a new leak. He was prompt, clean and very professional. Since I have no idea the maintenance previously done on the original unit (I have been here less than a year), I plan on using DMG for routine maintenance on this. I am very happy with the service done and will recommend him to my neighbors.

Great, Dan arrived on the 30th at the appointed time and took an inventory of what he would need to do the job. He came back promptly on the 31st and completed the tasks in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again.

Dan is extremely reliable. He is here exactly when he says he will be. He is the owner of the business. He has a lot of expertise and is very generous with his knowledge giving advise. His work is impeccable. I have used DMG Plumbing Inc on several occasions. I highly recommend him, he is wonderful.

It took over a month to get the quote after the initial visit. The quote presented would not have completed the required work. We would have had to hire a carpenter & a tile person the finish the job.

Never got a call back with an estimate. Dan came out approximately one month ago. Even reached out via Angies list and Anna said that she would reach out to Dan. This was on Sept. 4th. Haven't heard.

I am really happy with the work and the toilet. Very good company. They were very punctual and professional.
