He was excellent. quick, clean and found the other problem for us. We are already talking about another project he can do for us.

It went great. They were on time and professional and cleaned up their mess. They really did a great job. They called me to set it up. Everything went very smoothly.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's list to have a few things fixed at my house. I am very happy with the services provided by DMG plumbing. Dan was on time, very responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly got to work and fixed every item I had on my list to get fixed. He also took the time to explain things to me. I was impressed by the way he could guess what the problem was just by looking at the issue. Also, he charged me a reasonable amount for the parts which matches the market rate. Overall, I am very happy with the services and would definitely hire DMG plumbing again.

It was great! They were able to schedule me within a week or two, the plumber arrived on time, and he seems to have done a good job with the repairs. He also cleaned up after himself and didn't leave behind any messes.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went pretty well. I wasn't there when the plumber came but my husband was. It seemed like everything went really well although we did have to have him come back to retighten a pipe for us that started dripping a little bit. Other than that, he was very professional and I think it was easy to schedule so it seemed to work out well. He was prompt, he was able to fix all of the issues that we had, and he seemed to fix them fine. The only issue was that he replaced the kitchen sink and we noticed a few days later that it dripped and there was a tiny bit of a leak underneath so he had to come back about a week later. That was by scheduling that he came back, tightened it up, and it seems to be okay. I think he was here for a little over an hour, but he charged us the normal rate and that was totally reasonable. I think he is fairly in line with the other plumbers around.

Communication via email was excellent and an appointment was scheduled. It was about 10 days before Dan could come but it was not an emergency. On the appointed day he showed up on time. A small amount of water was leaking from under the toilet and he determined that the wax seal was defective. He replaced it within the 1 hour window and did not charge me for the seal. Overall - a positive experience and I would not hesitate to use him again.

It went really well. Anna was very responsive to my emails and Dan performed the work super quickly.

I am totally satisfied. He runs a well organized business, and keeps his appointments even though he is in high demand.

He arrived on time and was very friendly. I feel like I paid a bit much for the service, but plumbers are expensive and I am a first time homeowner and not used to having to pay for these services. It probably was a normal charge. Basically, all he did was put a new flushing system in the tank. I probably could have done that myself, but I thought the problem was more serious. I did learn that a new toilet would totally solve the problem, so that's good to know. That would probably cost abut $400.00 with installation. I didn't know that either. So, it was educational.

Fine. Arrived as scheduled, identified the problem and resolved in a timely manner.

They did some plumbing service for us, and the issue is now resolved.

Scheduling the work was quick and Dan was early. Removal and installation were difficult due to tight custom original counter/sink installation, The work was done smoothly and the original faucet had to be cut out. The work was completed within two hours and the cleanup was more than satisfactory. I was very pleased with the result and would recommend DMG to anyone.

I called DMG because of unexplained loud noises in the cold water pipe that seemed to be related to slow leaks in bathroom fixtures. Shutting down the water source stopped the noise, but when the water was turned back on the shuddering sporadically started again, but not all the time. Unfortunately, the noise refused to occur when Dan was here. He checked out the bidet and toilet operation and cleaned out the bidet spray. Dan gave several reasons for what might be causing the noise but couldn't identify it unless it occurred while he was here (there was one short unexplained occurrence a few hours after he left). I called to report the latest shuddering and he asked me to keep a log of various water-related actions (toilet, heating system, etc.) to try to pin down what was causing the noise. At my request during the first visit he also looked at the kitchen faucet which had come loose. He tightened it and recommended I replace the faucet. I ordered a new faucet online and after it was delivered I scheduled a second visit to install the faucet and to review the shuddering issue. The noise hasn't come back since the first visit so it was either relieved by the work at that time or it cured itself (I kept a log during that time), perhaps by sediment flushing through the system. Dan installed the faucet with no problems. I'm pleased with the way Dan explained the various workings of the valves, etc. and the options that could be causing the problem. He was very open and pleasant to deal with and seemed to work quickly and efficiently. I would like to mention that Anna in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and she obviously sympathized with my concern with the shuddering.

While there, he checked out my recently installed toilet to ensure that the water hook up was not going to leak. The plumber had a great attitude and was very easy to work with. I would definitely use this service again, and wholeheartedly recommend DMG to others who need plumbing work completed.

Dan removed and replaced an old kitchen sink. This was a delicate operation since some of the support for the old sink had deteriorated. However, Dan did an excellent job or removing the sink with minimal disruption to the structure and found a way to support the new sink. In addition, he replaced the original garbage disposal, and some of the PVC pipe. Excellent job.

They were great. They were easy to schedule and get in touch with.

Although I did not end up using DMG Plumbing (I needed service ASAP-), I would absolutely use them in the future. Anna and her team were responsive, professional and accommodating.

Mr. McGlone was very punctual and very pleasant. The faucets no longer leak!

The toughest part was scheduling but Anna was very responsive and was able to give me a 2-hour window. Dan arrived in the early part of the window and had the existing valves replaced with higher grade valves in less than an hour.

Very prompt and accommodating. My only complaint is now the hot and cold knobs on the kitchen faucet are reversed.

He arrived on time, was quick to make the fix and had the necessary parts. Overall, great job and nice guy.

During the recent full-country cold snap, we had our pipes freeze up with one of them ultimately bursting. We called dozens of plumbers in our area (on a Saturday), and only received call backs from a handful due to the massive amounts of issues all over the Boston metro, and Dan was the only plumber who was willing to come out to see us on a Sunday. Dan arrived promptly at the promised time, and, after being shown the location and nature of the problem, quickly set to work. He was fast, courteous, friendly, and capable. Even though the problem required cutting a whole in our floor, he was done with the entire job in under 2 hours. We greatly appreciated Dan's flexibility in helping us during his weekend. He was one of the best professionals we've ever had help us in our house for any reason, and we would highly recommend him to anyone!
