David was extremely professional, efficient, and did a great job. David also suggested some great ideas to enhance/improve the project (which was to build a new porch and set of stairs). He was also reasonably priced. I would hired David again whenever he has time to help.

I consulted HomeAdvisor one week ago today, and David called me within 30 minutes. He was at my house that day and I had a quote that evening. The job was completed today, the area was clean, the price was right, the quality of work excellent, and David was very pleasant to deal with. I've been trying to get this project done for 2 years!

We had David restore our wrap-around fence and both porches. We had planned to do the work ourselves but decided we physically couldn't handle it. When we hired David, we requested the materials we had intended to use. Very kindly and professionally, he helped us to understand that some of what we had chosen wasn't necessary for what we wanted done. We're happy we took his advice because the porches and fence look beautiful and we're certain he saved us excessive costs on materials. The work is outstanding and the price a very good value. We highly recommend him.

He kept me informed prior to starting the job, and every step along the way, like additional costs as the job unfolded and I requested more repairs. He was extremely easy to work with, consulted with me on several details, a pleasure to have around (neat work area and quiet radio, not blaring like others), knows his materials and used better than most would. I have already requested a quote on another job.

David Michael Remodeling called me after just 5 minutes after I contacted Home Advisor. They cleaned and repaired my gutters. One was totally hanging off of the house. David took off the old gutter and told me that I really don't have to replace this gutter at all. He said if I have any problems with water seepage into my basement that he will install a new gutter...he really doesn't think that I will have any problems. Any other company would have immediately told me I needed a new gutter and charged me accordingly. I really appreciated David's honesty. Highly recommend this company.

quick response, fair price and quality work.

We asked David to replace our porch railings and to stain the porch floor. Both jobs came out well in a short amount of time. Throughout the process David was always willing to explain and answer questions. He is knowledgeable and provides skilled work. He cleaned up his work space thoroughly when the job was complete.

My wife and I own a rental property and do not live in the same area. We chose David Michael remodeling to clean our gutters, primarily because he called us back first, but are we glad we did. He came to our rental property and did a great job! even went as far as finishing the job in the middle of a downpour! I got a quick response and David kept in contact with me until he could get to my work. He was able to fit my multiple projects in amidst other work and completed everything quickly and for a fair price. Even when I added another job under the wire! It isn't easy to find a contractor that will do small jobs in the summer, but he made sure everything got done. He was polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would absolutely call him again! Very highly recommended!
