Very well! Great customer service!!! I shopped around at several companies before deciding to use Carpet Remnant Warehouse. They were the most knowledgeable and friendly by far and their prices are reasonable. The order was filled and installed quickly. They went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again.

I met Jacobe when I visited the showroom in early March. He listened well and made some practical suggestions based on my criteria. After I took home a couple of samples, when I called regarding my choice of carpet he was prepared to book the installation which we did. The time we agreed upon had to be moved out a couple of hours and Jacobe called me three days in advance to let me know and if that wasn't acceptable, he was willing to reschedule to another convenient day/time. On the scheduled day, the crew showed up early and went right to work. They were courteous, professional, neat and clean. They did an excellent job and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely use the Carpet Remnant Warehouse again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Very good experience overall. This was my first time buying carpet so I did a lot of research first and decided to use this company because of the other reviews here. I was pleased. I got what I feel is a decent quality carpet at a very good price. The installers were running late but called to inform me. I was ok with that since I was running late emptying the room. There were a couple of pieces of furniture too big for me to move out and they helped me without hesitation. They did a great job and replaced the trim at the door with a much better looking trim as well.

Replaced 3 rooms of carpet in a newly purchased home. Chose a remnant for one room and broadloom for two large rooms. His installers did an excellent job and were very neat. The pricing was better than others in the area and Jacobe was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We will use them for future projects.

I visited Carpet Remnant Warehouse looking for indoor/outdoor carpet for a breezeway. The clerk was very helpful in explaining the various types of indoor/outdoor carpet and explained that he did not have the type of carpet that I needed in stock and probably would not be carrying it in the near future. He suggested other retailers that may carry the type of carpet that I was looking for. He was very personable and informative. I would definitely visit Carpet Remnant Warehouse again when looking for carpet.

The job was good. The guy who came out was the owner of the company. He is really nice. Poor guy came to my door, and I have dogs. My front door has windowpanes on each side of it, and the poor guy was traumatized because my dogs freaked out when anyone bangs on it. He was super nice and accommodating. He didn't say anything when my dogs broke the glass. He said he is so sorry, and I said it wasn't his fault. He was punctual. He came here and offered reasonable price. He did a good job. He didn't come to install; but the guys were here when they said they were going to come. They did a nice job, and I am happy with it.

Our visit to the showroom was pleasant. Jacoby (owner) showed us samples and listened carefully to our requirements. We changed the original date of installation with no difficulty. The crew arrived on time and were very helpful-tightened up a heat vent, moving the couch. The rug and bathroom flooring looked great. After they left, we discovered that the bathroom door didn't close properly. When we called Jacoby, he contacted his workman and Gary was out the same day. He removed and sanded the door and cut back on a piece of the carpet and the door fits perfectly. My sister is looking forward to a trip to the store because she is looking for a braided rug that she wants to be American-made and they have a selection.

Highly recommend this company for their service and professionalism. Have used them again and we are very happy.

Professional, ,they showed up with clean cut guys, they were on time and polite.The install was quick and very well done. They cleaned up and vacumed the new carpet. Very impressed.
