It is a father and son run company- John O'Conner and Sean O'Conner. They were excellent at returning phone calls, they always came when they said they would and they did the job in the time frame they said they would. I really appreciated his responsiveness. For what I paid, I got a beautiful walkway and beautiful granite steps that I will never have to worry about. He was very informative and professional. I think they did a beautiful job, the end result was beautiful. Initially the estimate was higher, I talked to John about any way we could rework the estimate for a lower price, he was able to utilize slightly different materials and make subtle changes that would lower the price but result in the same overall finished product. They are willing to travel which is very nice. He was lovely to work with, very pleasant.
Description of Work: He laid a walkway and also replaced some crumbling brick steps and a pathway.

I WOULD NOT RELY ON BRICKCRAFT.
Description of Work: OWNER CAME TO MY HOME AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR BRICK FRONT STEPS. I TOLD HIM HE HAD THE JOB, AND HE SAID HE COULDN'T GET TO IT FOR TWO WEEKS. SO I AGREED TO WAIT. AFTER TWO WEEKS, HE DIDN'T SHOW UP OR CALL, SO I CALLED HIM. I HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL CALLS. WHEN HE FINALLY CALLED BACK, THREE WEEKS HAD ELAPSED, AND HE PROMISED TO DO THE WORK IN A WEEK, COMPLAINING THAT THE WEATHER HAD HELD HIM UP. AFTER ANOTHER WEEK, HE DIDN'T SHOW UP AGAIN, AND DIDN'T CALL. I AGAIN HAD TO CALL HIM SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS FINALLY TOLD ON A FRIDAY THAT HE WOULD BE DOING THE WORK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. HE DIDN'T SHOW UP OR CALL AGAIN. I CALLED AND INFORMED HIM THAT I WAS NOTIFYING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND I DID SO.
