The process was smooth and efficient. Wrestling was there the day we went live to make sure everything went as planned.

After that it did not go very well. A repair person was sent to my house 5 times, replaced the mother board, the monitor, the key board, another mother board, power cords. The repair person contacted Dell and said Dell has to step up to the plate and replace the computer. Dell sent me a refurbished computer, and I was furious. I prepared and filed a claim with the Mass. Attorney General's Office, Boston, MA and also submitted, on line, a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Southern Texas, as Dell is located in Round Rock TX. After 2 days of submitting the complaint to the BBB I received a telephone call from a senior supervisor for Dell and had a lengthy conversation with him concerning my computer and printer that I purchased from Brewster PC. I discovered that Brewster PC is not a registered Dell reseller. If he had been he would have been able to take my computer back, send it back to Dell and I would have been given a replacement. He purchased on line and sold to me, which I could have done. For the next several weeks the Senior Supervisor from Dell contacted me constantly. He sent me a new computer, up graded , a new and larger monitor, and a replacement printer, copier, etc. as Dell no longer handled the printer I purchased. In May 2013 he made arrangements for a Registered Dell Reseller to come to my house to transfer my information onto the replacement computer and set up the system and make sure it was working properly. In February of 2013 I saw an article in the Sunday Boston Globe, Consumer Affairs section, written by columnist Mitch Lipka as he had helped a person who was having issues with his Dell computer. I contacted Mr. Lipka who informed me he could not help me at this time because he does not like to contact a vendor more than once in 6 months but to keep in touch with him as he was interested. This I did, and in May Mr. Lipka did an article about my problem with the computer and my resolution. In July I contacted Brewster PC with that article and my opinion and have not heard from him. Which is what I actually expected. I contacted a PC person because I am technologically challenged and needed someone that I could trust and rely on their expertise. This Dell computer replaced my Systemax system I had for 7 years with no problems. My suggestions are to purchase a computer set up from a registered computer reseller for any computer brand. Had I purchased the computer from a Best Buy or a Staples, I could have returned it and they would have replaced it. Because Brewster PC is not registered with Dell I was left to figure this out myself. As I have mentioned previously, I learned a lot, was educated by the Senior Supervisor for Dell. A computer and set up is quite costly and I felt as though I had gotten no assistance from the PC I did business with.

It took him about an hour. The computer is perfect now. I chose him because of word of mouth. He is very good.
