Scott is a true professional with great skills. He showed up on time and did exactly what we discussed and installed an extra outlet at no added cost. He also offered to place a sensor light where it made most sense while others offered a less effective but simpler placement. This is the first time I feel good about writing a house repair check after 8 years of the usual annual repair.

Scott replace the exhaust fan in my attic. It was a very hot day and the fan had not been working for a couple of days so it was very hot in the attic. But that did not deter him. He was very prompt, arrived when he said he would, and very professional. I would defintely reccomend him and will not hesitate to call him again for any electrical problems.

Scott installed a Bose surround sound system from Bose. He is very professional and senstive to customer needs. In fact, we had Scott also install recessed lights and celing fans after the speakers were installed. Great person and very reliable.

Scott called me while I was still giving information to the Service Magic operator and I had an appointment for the work that night at 6PM. He was on time and a really nice guy. He had the work done really quickly and his price was more than reasonable. I will be using him for all my future electrical projects.

I hired Scott after attempting to have a bunch of electrical work done last year and other electricians bailed out after making appointments to come do the work. I was told it would take a few days, require drilling and extra holes in the wall, etc. Scott was here when he said he would be here and he got a whole lot of work done in less than a day. Also, no extra holes in the wall! He was also very helpful with moving heavier things around, which had no bearing on getting the work done. Just being helpful! I would definitely recommend Scott and we will be calling on him for any future electrical work in the house!

I attempted the repair to my phone jack, but when the problem was not resolved, Mr Bettinger responded within 20 minutes(!) of my call to service magic. As it was not an emergency we made an appointment after the weekend on Monday. He looked at where I had started and thoroughly followed the line through each jack in the house(5) and to the box outside. He found wire rot, cleaned and spliced the wire, and even had the right plates and jacks in his truck. This all was completed and when the bill came, he charged less than what some wanted to just come and look at the problem. I would HIGHLY recommend his services!
