Our mission is to provide a level of quality, pride, commitment and customer service that will exceed your expectations. We offer irrigation installation and repair solutions to fit a wide range of budgets. No matter the make or model, we can help pinpoint problems in your existing irrigation system or design and install a new system for you. We will work with you in order to find the most cost effective solution for your needs. We don’t just install a system and leave; we stand by it with an automatic 3 year warranty. The overall experience was mediocre. Advanced did respond quickly and were very good about coming out to open up my system and replace my timer. Unfortunately, after a week I noticed that some of my sprinkler heads were not operating correctly or were leaking, something I thought they would detect during the system check they performed at the opening of the system. To make matters worse, they charged me again for complete system check when they came back, which I thought was unwarranted since they should've noticed the problems in the first place. When they came back, I wanted them to fix a sprinkler head I thought was not getting enough water to an area and my wife was told it would be fine. Now that area is completely dead as it never got adequate water during the summer months. Needless to say I will be using someone else for my irrigation work going forward.
Description of Work: Installed new irrigation timer and opened system.
