I had my stove "cleaned" by Adams Stove Co. in November. A month later, it was not burning well or clean. I contacted TMS and they came the next day. Todd found my stove in need of cleaning (again) and discovered a venting issue requiring him to remove my stove and blow it out with a compressor. All of this during below zero weather. Todd, his crew were GREAT. very helpful and very concerned about safe operation. This is the man to call for ANY Pellet Stove service, repairs or installations. 5 STARS from me.

We were looking for a pellet stove to purchase. We did not know much about them. We had been to a couple of dealers but still had questions. We called TMS just to ask some questions. Todd, set up an appointment with us for that day. Todd came to our house, spent about an hour with my wife and I,answered all of our questions, and gave us some sound advice. He then told us that he had a stove for sale that had never been used tat would be the perfect size for our house. We were so impressed with Todd's professionalism that we negotiated a price for the stove, hearth pad and install.
