Spring Cleaning

Sandra and Stephen came to my home on 3 separate occasions, 1 trip went nicely, they went above and beyond to clean my home, took 1 hr, cost $100.00, thought that was a lot, but house was clean so.... Second visit. She and Stephen are here 1 hr..I called her after she left. None of my floors had been washed, kitchen countertops were still dirty from breakfast, dusting in bedroom and basement had not been done, toilets not cleaned. She came back and while doing it over complained to me about her feet. Cost $125.00 (she charged $25.00 extra for spare bedroom). 3rd trip here 1hr and 15min, bathroom floors have not been washed, shower not cleaned, vacuumed around foot rest, and other items I would expect a cleaning service to move. Kitchen counters are again left untouched. I call her to tell her I am dissatisfied with service. Her answer was a quick "ok" and hangs up, never asked what was wrong. Completely goes against everything she stated on our first meeting. $100.00 for 1 hr of cleaning is absurd, but to then NOT CLEAN! That is the real kicker!

On the second visit, a crew of two people spent the same amount of time in the house that previously had taken a crew of three to finish.

We had a general cleaning of our 120 year old home. We have done major renovations to areas of our home, but areas that have not been renovated are old and dingy. We were hoping to have those areas professionally cleaned and maybe have a new glow, but I believe our expectations were maybe set a little high. Sandra and her crew did a fantastic job,and I would recommend her to anyone who is need of a general house cleaning.

Performance of job was adequate. Price was considerably higher than we have been paying for this service from another contractor.

She answered her telephone when I called for an estimate. She came to the house to give us an estimate and did the work on time. Sandy was friendly and polite. I believe 2 individuals did the cleaning, although I was not present. The house was spotless and shining when we arrived with the movers. She recommended someone to clean the carpets and he did a great job.
