Terrible! We will never waste our time with this contractor again. He was rude and arrogant. Who needs that?

I saw Santiago Martin's sign in front of a house at which he had painted. I then found him on Angie's List and called him. We met soon after at the house I needed to have painted. Luckily, Santiago had an opening and was able to paint the entire interior of the house within a short time after he provided me with an estimate. The work took a few days to complete and Santiago and his crew did a tremendous job!

When I first contacted Santiago by email he responded immediately and was able to look at the project and give me a price within a day. His price was fair and he scheduled the work immediately. Santiago was tremendously knowledgable, professional and responsive--great to deal with and very concerned with doing a good job and getting all the details just right. I was not on site when the work was done, but he sent me photos at every stage so I could follow his work. I would absolutely use him to do any job again and highly recommend him.

In the late winter we asked for an estimate of the cost for the work. That was done promptly and the price was reasonable (and compared to two other estimates). The project was planned and happened beginning in April, partially dependent on weather. The power washing occurred first and then allowing a period for drying. The staining happened over a period of two weeks. The results were excellent. Working with Mr. Martin was a pleasure, including regular email updates from him. We highly recommend the services.

We had not had our 1902 farm house painted in 10 years. In the fall of 2011 we called Santiago who came promptly and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He contacted us in the spring as soon as weather allowed and kept us regularly informed as work progressed. He and his competent team worked diligently, finishing the job in two weeks and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Santiago is a trustworthy man and a consummate professional.

I highly recommend Santiago and his crew. Based on previous estimates from other contractors, I think that his price was fair and I was very satisfied with the work they did. He showed up when he said he would and they always put in a full day. He and his crew were friendly and courteous and always cleaned up when they were done for the day. When removing the shutters on my house became problematic, Santiago quickly offered to stain my deck (which was not part of the original scope of work) to make up for the time he had allocated to removing and reinstalling the shutters. Even though it was a contract job, I never got the sense that Santiago was rushing the work in an effort to get done sooner - doing a good job was always the first priority. All and all, it was my experience that Santiago is fair, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. A job well done.

Mr. Santiago Martin was prompt, courteous, and neat at every task. He did what we agreed upon for the price he quoted and left an excellent product in return. Excellent work!
