Horrible! We bought a new wood stove and wanted the chimney + stove pipe replaced. Simple job. It took 6 weeks to get an appointment for him to look at the new stove and chimney. Then he told us that he needed to clean the chimney ($275 for that service) even though the entire thing was being replaced. After cleaning it, the interior pipe was removed and we have to dispose of it. He estimated another 4 weeks for the installation and said it’ll cost $2500. I called 3 weeks later to get a definitive date for installation and he never returned my call. Very poor service.
