Shawn and his crew did an excellent job. The job was done quickly, two weeks. Only rain stopped them from showing up a few days. They were very professional, and very tidy. He gave us affordable, quality tree service and when it was done he seeded the bare spots and used hay on them, all we had to do was water. The lawn came in beautifully. We found Lakewood Tree Service offered high-quality, dependable work at fair and honest prices. It was a pleasure to do business with Shawn and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I am very impressed with Lakewood. I have used them for my annual lawn clean ups for the last 5 years (they are doing it today - yeah!) and they do my weekly lawn maintenance. I am always very impressed with not only the work they do - which is excellent (they manage to take care of the lawn, keeping it trim but not allowing it to go so low as to die in the dry months of summer) but I am also pleased with their customer service. They are prompt, professional and responsive. I have used other providers for this service in the five years before I found Lakewood, and none did as nice a job for such a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The tree was diseased and carpenter ant infested. It was located in my back yard, with only one direction in which it could be felled without landing on my house or shed and without damaging other trees in the yard. Lakewood submitted the lowest of 5 estimates, but did a superb job from start to finish. They took excellent steps to protect my property from falling tree sections, laid down special pads to protect my lawn when driving in with their heavy bucket truck, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the job was finished. Even when they unexpectedly ruined several saw chains due to deeply embedded metal objects within the 100+ year old tree, they took in all in stride, with their friendly, yet professional demeaner never changing. All in all, I was extremely pleased and have recommended them to a couple friends who needed tree work. I would highly recommend Lakewood Tree Service to anyone.
