Steve Ciano is not a skilled or trustworthy worker. He was paid to pick up and install the new furnace that I purchased. He delivered it with a huge dent in it which he never told me about. He set it in place and hooked up the vent line WAY out of plumb (45 degrees) and never completed the outgoing heat duct hookup, never even started the return air duct, and didn't start the electrical hookup. He gave me a thousand stories and excuses for not returning to complete the job for two weeks after that and then stopped answering calls or texts. He stole $1,270 of my money for installation and left me with no heat for two weeks in freezing temps. I had to hire someone else to fix all of the shoddy work he did.
