Clukey Construction

We highly recommend Clukey Construction. We hired Clukey Construction to demolish an old 12x34 ft deck with screenroom area and build a new 12x18 ft deck, as well as frame and install a new exterior door just inside our bulkhead door in the basement, and install a new bathroom exhaust fan and vent it through the roof. The estimate Shawn provided was thorough, accurate, and fell right within the range this type of project should cost. He kept in contact with us from beginning to end and made sure that we were well informed throughout the entire project. Shawn and Neil are extremely professional and hard working. They were onsite everyday as long as weather permitted until the job was complete. Everyday they made sure our property was tidy and safe before leaving. Their attention to detail is impeccable, every cut is precise and fits together tightly. Shawn answered all our questions and was always timely in responding to us. I can't say enough positive things about Clukey Construction and we will definitely be calling them for future projects.

Shawn constructed two sets of landings and stairs and selecting 5.0 for performance and satisfaction doesn't come close. I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the work and out of a ranking of 1-5 it was a 100! I was blown away at how great it looks.

His work was highest level quality work , He always communicate very well, He also kept in touch with me with the process of the project, He take great pride in his work!!

I hired Clukey Construction for a small 6x10 mudroom addition, with a deck, to my house. Shawn and Clukey Construction were extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the construction process. Shawn made excellent design suggestions based on his experience and always made sure I was comfortable with each decision. The work was done efficiently and is of excellent quality. I am extremely pleased with the end result and will definitely hire Clukey Construction for future projects.

This is the 3rd time we've had them do work at our house and we are satisfied every time!

The end product was better than what we imagine.

There was a mixup with the casing on one of the doors and he was sure to work with the vendor to get it corrected before installation!

The most recent job was revamping a 200 year old stair case in my 200 year old house. They also repaired drywall and handrails. I would absolutely recommend them. Every time I've ever had him do a project for me, he always does a better job than expected, and comes in under budget - which is difficult to do while working in a historical home.

He was honest, hard working guy who goes out of his way to make you happy.

He did a fine job and actually showed up on time.

lost 1 1/2 stars on this one. wanted a new door awning that Shawn ordered, assembled, (mistake), and installed as part of the larger project. defective from day 1. he chose not to make it right, but would return for additional $$ to........ bummer.

Excellent work and am very happy with my front porch. When I asked questions about changing things, was very accommodating and explained everything to me. Definitely would use them again.

After several initial meetings with Shawn to discuss our deck re-build/expansion project we decided to hire him for the job. Shawn was very easy to deal with in providing information, returning phone calls, and following through on what he promised. Any slight issues that arose were handled immediately, professionally, and with very good customer service. He and his crew were on time and cleaned up thoroughly each day. The finished job was top notch and even the local building inspector remarked on the quality of work. We have already hired him for a window replacement job, and we would highly recommend him to anyone who has a home project.

SHAWN & NEIL WERE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. INSTALLED A VERY EXPENSIVE MEDICINE CABINET AND AFTER INSTALLATION, FOUND THE ELECTRICAL WIREING HAD A MFG DEFECT WHICH THE MFG WAS PREVIOUSLY AWARE OF INCLUDING AN INCORRECT SCHEMATIC. A COMPLETE REMOVAL OF THE NEW INSTALLATION WAS NECESSARY TO CORRECT THE DEFECT. CONTACT WITH THE MFG. REP ACKNOWLEDGED THE WIRING DEFECT AND AGREED TO PAY CLUKEY CONST. TO THE REMOVE THE CABINET, CORRECT THE WIRING DEFECT AND REINSTALL THE CABINET. A SECOND DATE FOR THIS WAS NECESSARY AND WAS QUICKLY TAKEN CARE OF. WHAT BETTER RECOMMENDATION COULD YOU GIVE TO SHAWN & NEIL FOR THIS PERFORMANCE OTHER THAN 5 STARS ++ PAUL FREDETTE
