Went well, we actually brought them in after we had gone with another company who was unable to fix it after 5 visits. They really went deep into the troubleshooting and managed to find the problem which was a dead spot on the motor and a capacitor that was fried. Very pleased with them and they followed up with me a few times just to make sure everything was going well. They really did take great care of everything.

They did a great job fixing my leak. They did a good job and were very helpful.

Setting up the appointment was super easy. Worked with Amy in their service department. She was super courteous. Josh arrived on time and was done in about 30 minutes. The cost was well under what I figured and we now have heat in the bedroom.

The sales person was courteous, friendly, provided a lot of information, and answered all my questions. He came for a consult, informed me that our previous AC system was overcapacity and would recommend a smaller unit as larger was less efficient. Since we were planning on getting a MASSsave program loan he quoted the exact equipment that they would recommend. We were very happy with their communication and work.

The A/C had stopped cooling and was blowing hot air. Cross matched Wilson Bros. from Angies list and the A/C condenser manufacturers list. Called Wilson Bros. in the morning and they sent a technician later that day, 6PM. Technician diagnosed that the system probably had a leak since there was no measurable refrigerant in it. He suggested they they send out another technician when they had a large block of time to work on it and find the leak rather than just putting more refrigerant in it. Diagnosis cost $120. The next day a very friendly customer service woman called and explained all the various steps the technician would need to do to solve the problem and booked an appointment to have the work performed. It was several days until an appointment with a large enough block of time (4-5 hrs) was available. On the day of the appointment a different technician showed up close to on time and felt that the leak was probably very small and all that should be done at this point was to add a leak search dye and some refrigerant . Then they would come back in the fall to actually find and repair the leak since it would take a while for the dye to be easily visible. Although this was a different recommendation from the first technician it seemed reasonable. So he performed the work discussed in an hour; cost $210. I wish the first technician had done this so we didn't have to spend several days in the heat. At this point the A/C is now working and slowly leaking. We will have to see in the fall how the final repair works out and it's cost.

They were very knowledgable and helpful. They were very nice to work with. I don't think I would ever use another company besides this one. If they were late or early they would call and let me know.

I regret to inform you that Wilson Brothers no longer provides service to mobile homes, they are unique and sometimes require special items that we have no access to. Installation was fine, but their behavior and professionalism on the warranty is poor. We asked them to bid on some additional DIFFERENT work including a different furnace, a water heater, backup generator, and a gas line. We did not move ahead with them on this other work because someone else provided a better quote, and then they sent us a notice cancelling the warranty on our original furnace claiming that they could not honor the warranty because we were having other people do work on the furnace. The other work we had done was having a water heater installed and a backup generator and these had nothing to do with the original furnace that they had warrantied, yet they cancelled the warranty anyway. I thought there may have been some confusion so I called them twice to explain, and I even sent an email - the email was addressed to the same person who had signed us up for the warranty. It's now been a week and a half, and I've called twice and sent an email and they have not responded. This makes me think that they would find any reason to cancel your warranty. If we did have someone work on the furnace they warranted, I would understand their position, but we did not - we only had someone install a water heater and a backup generator, which were completely unrelated to the furnace in question. I can't believe that they cancelled our warranty with a false claim that someone else was working on the furnace, and then failed to respond to our repeated efforts to reach them about this.

Work is now pending the installation of the gas pipe by National Grid.

I had them install a furnace at my old house about 12 years ago, so I called them again when I bought another house that needed it's 30+ year old monster of an oil furnace replaced. Their sales guys are pretty knowledgeable, but they could stand to improve on the email & online communication. Install went pretty smooth. I supplied my own ecobee thermostats and they did make sure I got the right zone controller and everything was wired correctly for a 3 stage dual fuel configuration. The installer didn't set up the burner correctly, so they had to come back a couple times to get it working properly (a plug that was installed by default was not removed for my 2 line oil system). Had to call them back in the summer when we got the AC going - the heat pump & coils kept freezing up. They had to make a couple of trips before the root cause was diagnosed (fault TXV valve), but to their credit they were very responsive and kept coming back until it was fixed. So even though they had to come back to get everything working, I'll give them an A overall since they were responsive and nice about it. The TXV valve wasn't their fault - faulty from Bryant, but the installers need to pay a bit more attention...

The crew showed up on time, and ready to work. They were extremely professional, and explained everything in detail. The installation took two days and looks so neat and clean. Speaking of that, they cleaned the whole area, even though some of the dirt was not even made by them! I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough! Great work, great worker attitudes and over all a really wonderful experience.

Wilson Brothers were among several companies I contacted regarding the replacement of my air conditioning/heating system. The person who contacted me and visited to provide an estimate was very polite and professional. Although they weren't the lowest cost of the suppliers quoted, I decided to go with them due to their location and personnel available to address any issues that arose. The installers were professional, timely and politely answered any questions I had during the installation process. They left the work area clean, probably somewhat more so than it had been when they started. Due to some initial system start-up issues, they had to return a couple of times but I always had a sense that they would not leave without me being 100% satisfied. They also helped me with the paperwork required to file for the various rebates available which saved me several thousand dollars off the original cost of the system. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Wilson Brothers to anyone who asked for a reliable, professional HVAC company.

Installation was successful. One small issue with setting the proper codes in the control units had to be resolved later but it was research and corrected promptly and successfully.

Wilson Bros. employees were prompt, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They measured for system requirements, gave quotes, adjusted quotes when we decided to go for a marginally less efficient system for way less money. Boiler was installed in the time committed, tested, and worked well all winter.

On Time, professional, installation went just as described - have continued with Wilson Bros for annual service (that's all that has been needed). Oh, they paid attention to how things would look. I would recommend these folks to anyone in their service area.

They were responsive, helpful from quote through installation and post-install. Came out for the quote and were very helpful discussing options. Invited us to the showroom to hear one in action (very quiet). Based on our request, provided three different quotes for three different options. Once we picked one, didn't push for any of the other options. At the last moment they were able to find a very pricey electrician when mine couldn't accommodate the install date. Install crew was punctual, efficient, professional, neat, and friendly. Final installation looks great. Systems work great.

I had a new high efficiency natural gas forced hot air furnace installed. The estimator was on time and answered all my questions. The price was better than the other estimates I received and was for better equipment. The installers were also on-time and very professional. I would use them again with no reservations.

Our water heater sprung a leak in the main storage tank. I called Wilson Bros. as soon as they opened and explained the situation to Amy. The first thing she wanted to check was the warranty status of my existing hot water heater. They didn't even install the one that died, but they still wanted to check if it was under warranty. That was a nice touch. Unfortunately, my old tank was long out of warranty. Norm was at my house by 1:30pm the same day to start the estimating process. I wanted to consider my options, and he explained the pros and cons of the 3 main types water heaters. I opted for a direct replacement of my old standard stand-alone tank type water heater. I had a quote in less than 2 hours, and scheduled the job for the next day. I re-reviewed the quote later that evening, and noticed some related plumbing work that Norm and I discussed wasn't detailed on the quote. I called their office before 9am on the day of my installation and talked to Norm about it. He revised the quote to include the missing item, and it only changed the price by $20. Nate and his assistant arrived around 2:30 the following afternoon and installed the new hot water heater. They got in and got right to work. They left the area clean, and explained how to operate the new hot water heater. I found Wilson Bros. to be responsive, and they answer their phones. Of the 4 times that I called their office, I got directly to a person 3 times.

Appointment arrangement was concise, professional and courteous. I love that they were up front with visit costs and took the time to clarify what the potential cost impacts would be of the visit as well as the initial discussion of the problem and product to be serviced. The technician that showed up was as professional, giving excellent follow-up and service hints to prevent future service requirements. Would definitely use these folks again and will be recommending to my neighbors.

I wanted to replace my old boiler and hot water heater with one modern high-efficiency unit. These combined units usually cost an arm and a leg from Peerless and likes, so I did extensive research and found Baxi Luna condensing boiler unit for half the money which perfectly fit my house size and plumbing system. Wilson Brothers was the only HVAC shop in the area who had previous experience with Baxi combined house+hot water tankless heaters. The beauty of these units is that they are wall-hung so I would recover much floor space from the old boiler and the tank. Wilson Brother field person came in twice, took all the measurements and helped me with a few suggestions, such as options to deal with complex multi-zone baseboard layout. On the day of work, two workers came in. They disconnect gas and water. Then, they removed my old cast iron boiler and a hot water heater. They rewired all plumbing for the hot water and house heat. Then, they installed a panel for multi-zone control; ran a direct forced exhaust line off the side of the house next to heater, rather than via an old chimney; installed a new condensing boiler; installed a water collection/removal system for a boiler; installed mandatory carbon monoxide detector and probably did more work that I can't recall. By the end of the day, they walked me through operations of the new unit and ran a full test in all heating zones and on hot water. Afterwards, they helped me get the gasnetworks rebate for the new unit. It's been problem free for the past two years. I can't be more happy.

The Quote was ontime, and more than reasonable, The Service recieved from the office staff ( Phone calls) was Answered ontime, and most professionally. The Installation Crew ( Scott and Derrick) were OUTSTANDING! We had a small issue with my dog, but the guys handled it like pro's . The Job was done Ontime, and my yard is cleaner then when they arrived. Excellent job guys, thanks again !

There were some good things and then there were some things that were not so good. Their price was probably good. I would consider calling them back again in the future.

Technician Mike was on time and very friendly. I showed him the boiler and oil tanks, and he brought his equipment in through the back basement entry to avoid the living areas of the house. He changed the oil filters on both oil tanks, as well as the filter on the fuel pump at the boiler (which he said not all techs do). He was always careful to keep things clean, putting down absorbent pads and using plastic containers under anything that he did to avoid oil drips on the floor. He opened the boiler and cleaned the soot from the interior, changed a nozzle on the burner, and fired it up to check the efficiency. After he was done, he double checked everything for leaks and wiped down the boiler, burner, and oil tank filters, then cleaned up all of his equipment. He even disposed of an old mercury thermostat we had removed (for free). During all of this, Mike was happy to have me around asking questions about the boiler and heating system, and we learned a lot from him. Our heating system is running well now, and we will be happy to have Mike back again in a year for our next annual tune-up.

Everyone I had to deal with from Wilson Bros. from Sales, Admin/Finance to the technicians were professional. Norm in Sales came to the house to review existing system. After gaining a good understanding of my requirements, he discussed various equipment and installation options before putting together a proposal. Norm always returned my calls and emails. He executed on his end with an understanding that for the homeowner installing a new high efficiency heating system is a sizable long-term investment. A few days prior to installation work, Wilson Brothers arranged a meeting for layout. Mark was technically knowledgeable and informative, answering questions about my new boiler and other products by the manufacturer. Once he inspected the basement for access and layout, he gave a high level explanation of the work plan (e.g. placement of equipments and pipes) so that I know what to expect when the crew arrives. Eric the master plumber and his crew did a superb job with the installation. They first installed sturdy plywood walls to make vertical surfaces to mount the boiler, controls and pipes. The boiler and pipe installations are well spaced for access, securely mounted and the connections look solid and clean. The crew sealed any holes from removing old equipments and pipes. Once the installation was completed, the technician gave a thorough overview of the boiler controls and left a set of literature for the boiler. Paul, one of the owners, followed up to resolve remaining loose ends, including final inspection by town. Wilson Bros came highly recommended by a friend who had radiant heating installed by them. Through each phase of the project, Wilson Brother understood and executed superb customer service; they performed a quality job with the installation.
