Wilson Brothers manged to get the part covered under warranty saving me hundreds.

Work done was excellent. Only problem was malfunctioning part of boiler ... had to get part shipped from midwest .... two day delay that left house without heat ... not really their fault, and they had someone ready to go the second the part got in .... very helpful staff from initial inspection to final installation and inspection ... though obviously those two days were not fun, we are very pleased with all their work and will be getting tune ups from them as well.

Prior to installation, the representative (Norm) spent a lot of time researching the proper heater and calling manufactures since there is an individual with a severe Nickel allergy in the home. So any stainless steel tanks with Nickel or Copper/Nickel piping had to be excluded. He never made it seem like it was a problem to do the extra work. Also everyone I have spoken to in the office for billing or scheduling is so nice, that I feel like I would be friends with them if I knew them personally. Scott and Connor were the installers. They showed up exactly on time, cleaned everything up after the installation, explained clearly how to set the temperature and purged all the faucets in the house (which there are several!) They were very careful not to set the old rusty heater directly on to the concrete basement floor and I though extremely neat!... I would definitely recommend Wilson Brothers to anyone in the Nashua area looking for plumbing (or HVAC as they have done that for me in the past). I tired to tip both installers, which they graciously refused. I felt like they deserved a little extra even though they turned it down.

They were professional, on time, detailed, and friendly.

Very accommodating and responsive in getting existing condenser moved on short notice. Professional and courteous staff. Only quibble is their pricing on annual preventive maintenance servicing. $500 for 2 condensers and a furnace is definitely pricier than I am used to.

I have used Wilson Brothers in the past (5+ years ago) for a heat pump issue and was very pleased with the service so they were my go-to company for my current problem. Unfortunately when I called them they apparently got swamped with calls from an early heat wave. I also made the mistake of saying I wasn't a current customer since I hadn't used their services in over 5 years and they do not service my furnace heating system. What disappointed me the most, and I supply this as constructive criticism, is that they did not tell me at any time they were too busy to handle my service call. I sent an Angies List message to them and called twice. I never received a response to the Angies List message and both phone calls (over 2 days). During the phone calls they told me they were real busy and would get back to me. When I hadn't received a callback by the third day, I decided to call Nashoba Air which promptly scheduled my service and came an fixed the defective air handler relay. I also had Nashoba Air do a full check of the A/C system and compressors. Wilson Brothers seems to have this call handling system where someone answers the phone, but there's another person you have to speak with to actually scheduled the work. It seems like a bureaucratic way of doing things and is probably the reason I never heard back from them even to this day. It's probably a good sign they are so busy, but the decent thing to do would be to inform me that they service their regular customers first and that my service call would be 1, 2, 3, 4, whatever weeks out. It would then be clear I should go to another vendor if this is a time sensitive issue.

The estimate was fine and we wanted to go with them, but the company wasn't available to perform the work during the week we needed it. AC installation is a big messy job and we wanted it complete before we moved in, Wilson Bros wasn't available and didn't have any flexibility, we were disappointed because we had used them in our old house for 10 years and we had wanted to continue with them.

Wilson Brothers installed a full duct A/C system in my 100 year old 2,300 square foot farm house in 2013. I kept my forced hot water gas fired baseboard heating system in place. They added a full duct A/C system with "drop downs" in all bedrooms and living areas. They took the time to examine multiple placement options for duct work with the goal of minimizing the placement of space consuming ducts. They made multiple visits to the house in order to provide a detailed quote on an excellent A/C system. They tied the heat and A/C into programable thermostats. Their crew was clean, polite and professional. They arrived on time and completed the project on time. They have been responsive to questions and minor issues that arose during the two years the system has been in operation. The system runs very well. Quiet, with low maintenance and excellent service when needed. I secured three quotes from vendors. Wilson Bros had a good price for an excellent system.

We have been satisfied customers of Wilson Brothers for nearly twenty years since they installed our furnace and AC system. The last non-routine service was for an emergency repair on a very cold Sunday in January. The service man arrived within 2 hours of the call, and we had heat back on shortly after. Back in 2006, we had a power surge at night caused by a downed tree that took out the furnace (and a lot of other stuff). They arrived very quickly and worked throughout the night to get us partially back, and came back early the next morning as soon as they could get parts. Wilson brothers has always been prompt and reliable whenever we needed service. When they started selling oil too, we went with them after having been disappointed by other oil dealers. We live on a private drive shared with neighbors who were not always willing to spend the money to plow properly in the winter. No matter how bad the drive was, they always got in to deliver our oil, even on one occasion when I was reluctant to drive out myself.

The work was completed as promised even though running the ducts was much, much more difficult than they imagined. They did not tell me until afterwards that they needed to do extra work to run the ducts, so I was never aware of any issues. The system worked perfectly from the start, they explained everything to me. It was a very simple and headache-free installation of a fairly large system.

Did a thorough job as always have used their services for over 10 years and had them install my central air 10 years ago as well as my energy efficient gas boiler furnace.

Guys came out the same day. Found that the condensation pump in the basement next to the air handler was not working so the unit wouldn't come on. Replaced the condensation pump and was back working within a couple of hours. Very happy. Came out quickly, fixed the problem needing fixing, no overcharing. Very pleasant to do business with. They installed the unit and have serviced it in the past. It has always been a great experience with Wilson Brothers. Highly recommend them.

Both installations occurred as scheduled and were completed in the time allocated (two days for boiler and one day for mini-split.) All workers were both friendly and respectful. The old boiler was removed, and the work space was cleaned each day and upon completion. We received needed orientation to both units after the installation. Those in the office of Wilson Brothers also worked with us on financing options and provided completed rebate forms for both units. Our electrician, who did not work on the boiler did comment on the quality of the electrical work. When, after the coldest night of the season, we woke to a cold house and saw the red screen on the new boiler indicating a problem a homeowner cannot repair, we called service and were placed in line for one of the techs already at another job. He arrived soon thereafter and traced the problem using the computer codes and manual tester, but also worked with Burnham boiler tech support to confirm a faulty sensor was the problem. Wilson Brothers happened to have one in stock, and someone from the office met the tech halfway to reduce travel time and enable the part to be replaced in a very timely manner. We had the heat back on by early afternoon, though the minisplit had backed up as best it could with the temperature below zero when the day began. There was no question about whether the part and installation was under warranty. We have very much appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of Wilson Brothers from the point of receiving prompt (within a day) proposals after an inhouse evaluation, contacts with the office once we made the decision to schedule the work, and finally with our contact with the service department.

Great job - installation went quickly and smoothly, all the work was completed very tidily. Polite and friendly installers, work was actually finished ahead of schedule. While we haven't yet had much chance to use it we're glad that next summer we'll be comfortable during the heat for the first time in many years!

Two knowledgeable technicians performed cleaning, answered questions, and left no mess for me to clean up. Have had careless technicians from other provider in past.

They had a good management and they have a project leader that was on site. I felt that he did a really good job. In general, I got a really good furnace. It's like it could be15 degrees out and we don't even know. That's something we never really had before in the house. A furnace that's appropriately fine for that house. The quality was very good.

The maintenance guys were polite, on time, hard working, knowledgeable, friendly, and really did maintenance work. So even though I was primarily doing it just to get into their priority contract program, I felt like I did get something reasonable for the money spent aside from the emergency services preference insurance. Disclaimer: I'm not 100% sure on the price, I am guessing it was about $150 per appliance. I think I paid $300 the year before last for both AC and Furnace and this last year about $150 for the Furnace alone.

All service was performed professionally. The work area was cleaned up at the end of each day and the installers were both professional and friendly. All questions were answered along the way. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Overall a very professional outfit who stood behind their work. Generally high quality workmanship and came back until the job was completed properly. Only challenge is the job took longer then it should have. Minor issues required several appointments. I would use them again and do recommend them. I feel they are an honest outfit.

From when I requested an appointment via Angie's List, to when service was completed, I was impressed. Amy and team did a nice job of trying to explain potential causes of the furnace noise, as well as providing accurate $ figures. They called me immediately the following morning after I sent the message, and sent a tech to assess the issue within 48 hours. Josh, the tech who assessed the issue, was very professional and straightforward. John, the tech who completed the work, was also extremely polite and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most about Wilson Bros is the promptness and professionalism. Wilson Bros will surely be my go-to folks for any HVAC/plumbing related work.

Service rep, John Wilson was on time and spent 30 minutes diagnosing. Him coming there for diagnosis cost me $129. Quoted me a repair for $420 for new thermocouple and gas valve. The new water heater install was $1050. When I discussed my concern of how expensive everything was, Amy, office representative replied, "it is what it is". I do not believe that is a logical rationalization, therefore will not be doing business with them. UPDATE: The problem was not diagnosed correctly from the technician. The problem was actually with the gas supply from the outside meter. On the invoice, the representative stated he checked the outside meter pressure. But when I went outside to look at the meter, there was a huge bee's nest there, so its obvious the technician did not check the meter, but claimed he did. National Grid came, repaired the meter for free. Didn't need a thermocouple or a new unit. These guys are sharks, anything to make a buck, i guess. National Grid even reimbursed me the money that this company charged me because it was the fault of their equipment.

I initially turned them down because it was going to take a couple weeks for service, but because of their Strong Angie's List reviews I called them back and offered to pay extra if they could come sooner. They declined to charge me extra but found a way to sneak in a quick visit sooner. They were able to fix the problem on their visit and also identified another problem that can wait for a full check up, which I scheduled in the fall. I have since signed up for their Preferred Customer program. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an HVAC vendor with good customer service.

I paid a fortune for the water heaters but it was about the right price. I use them all the time not just for water heaters. They did a some work that was substandard and I told them I was going to take a picture of it and put it in the newspaper. That brought them around. Their price was fairly high. If you get their attention, they treat you right. So I try to be fair with them and I think they rejuvenated themselves. I think they're all charging the same price. They're high but you get what you pay for. The quality is okay. The water heater they put in was top of the line. He did it right away.

In both cases they did quality work and very pleasant to deal with. They come when they say they will or call ahead and let you know if they have to change a time. Knowledgable, kind, thorough what more could one ask for.
