Great. During the purchase phase, the sales person was very patient and flexible. The installation was smooth. The furnace and system run well and inexpensively. Annual service may not be the least expensive around, but I trust them to do a good job.

We've used Wilson Bros. for nearly 18 years for our major systems work. They've installed a 2-zoned HE gas furnace and 2 water heaters and done routine maintenance. Have also responded immediately in one or two emergencies. This is a family run organization. EVERYONE from accounting to technicians to estimators to the owner of the company are professional, personable and know what they're doing. And they get things done. They are not the cheapest in town, but their pricing makes sense and i'm willing to pay for the continuity. For less important things i'll use journeyman plumbers. But for the important stuff Wilson Bros. are my go-to folks. I can't say enough good things about them, if you couldn't already tell.

They had a very friendly office staff, which seems to be more and more rare these days. They were very responsive to questions I had after the service. The price was reasonable. The technician was wonderful and explained what he was doing to the furnace. He was very helpful. They were actually a little bit early to the appointment, which is fantastic. The technician was very personable. I actually signed up for a year long maintenance contract with them.

The service provider arrived exactly on time and was very helpful. He even was able to tell me the exact age of our water heaters, and advised we replace one of them due to the very old age.

They arrived when the said they would for both the estimate and installation. The two plumbers were young, but seemed like they knew their stuff. They were professional and got the job done quickly.

They have a program that you have to sign up and pay to be a preferred member and I think they can do away with something like that. They can just make me a member without having to pay, you know.

Fantastic experience. From the bidding process, to scheduling, to installation. I met both Wilson brothers during the design and proposal process both were professional and extremely helpful. The had great suggestions and wanted to make sure my family and I would be happy with the decision we made. Including saving me a lot of money through the Mass Save programs I didn't know existed. The scheduling process and installation were equally as professional. The installation team arrived on time on the day scheduled. They were fantastic. They were professional, courteous and exceptional with my kids, dog, and general craziness in my house. They literally worked in every room in the house and were so clean you wouldn't even know they were there. They went way above and beyond included fixing a dryer vent in the attic. I would highly recommend Wilson Brothers to any who asked.

Wilson brothers came out to look at the project and provide a bid. They scheduled the inspection with little delay and arrived on time. The man who came was friendly but was very critical of the duct work in my home, which had been installed in a major renovation two years prior by a different company. I'll describe that impact below. He went away promising to provide a bid in two days' time. A week later, I still hadn't heard word and contacted the company. They replied that they would not be able to provide a cost estimate as they were too busy to do the work for several months' time. They indicated that my project was more involved than most A/C installations and for that reason they were choosing not to bid during their high volume time. I was appreciative that they didn't string me along, though frustrated to have to wait a week and then get this answer. The conversation about my previous duct-work project was also worrisome. He described it as an unprofessional job and claimed that it was not up to the building code. The new ducts were flexible, insulated ducts which he stated the code did not permit beyond a run of 12 feet. (Many were much longer than this.) He also pointed out half a dozen places where he believed the ducts had been kinked due to a tight bend. This information obviously led to quite a bit of concern on my part, as well as surprise due to the good heating performance after the previous renovation. I both called the previous contractor and researched the building code on my own. I learned that the Wilson Bros. estimator was incorrect about the building code: flexible *connectors* are limited to 12 feet in length; flexible *ducts* such as what I had are not length-limited. Additionally, all but one of the ducts he had claimed were kinked were not -- the insulation was pinched, but the duct itself was not deformed. The previous contractor noted one kinked duct that they replaced. My suspicion is that the technician does not work with flexible ducts and this led to the competing information. I appreciated the information and it did lead to the repair of one kinked duct. I also appreciated the honesty regarding their ability to do the work in a timely manner, though I would have liked better communication on the topic rather than my having to chase them down.

Everything went very well. The workers were punctual , also giving me advance notice of when they would arrive. They worked steadily throughout the three days they were at my home. Each day, they cleaned the area before they left so that there was no mess for us to see if we had to work in the cellar. They installed a wonderful heating system and how they actually placed the system, hot water heater and all the piping was impressive. The entire board which held the ends of the piping was masterfully done. Labeling and arrows showed us what the pipes led to so that we could understand some things about the system. I am so pleased with the skilled workmanship shown by the experienced workers. This is a wonderful company to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Wilson Bros was absolutely fantastic start to finish. They quickly provided an estimate, followed up on it, scheduled us in a very timely manner, showed up on time, did great installation work and made the rebate process easy. Highly recommend them.

They did a a very good job of diagnosing the problem which turned out to be mice had made a nest in the outside unit and chewed through wires.

The entire Wilson Brothers team was a pleasure to work with. We unfortunately found ourselves in a situation where we needed to replace our furnace in the middle of the winter. Especially since they knew we were without heat, the Wilson Brothers team was able to get everything on the fast track to getting our heat up and running again. Despite the rush, they provided excellent service throughout the process, from getting the paperwork together, addressing our financing questions and concerns, to the installation itself. The estimate provided was also so much lower than the others we obtained that we were left thinking "what's the catch?" Regardless, we decided to trust the overwhelmingly positive reviews here on Angie's List, and we're glad we did. The install was very quick and efficient, with the exception of an unexpected delay due to some suspected asbestos they encountered (it turned out to not be asbestos, but I can't fault them for being extra careful). They explained everything we needed to know, and left the place nice and clean after themselves. We are very happy with the new furnace, and are looking forward to getting the A/C installed in the spring. Note: the cost estimate above includes both the new furnace, as well as the new A/C which has not yet been installed.

Wilson Bros. completely replaced my old heating system and installed a new high efficiency system and central air. I went through the Mass Save "heat loan" program and they helped to ensure that I had all of the required documentation. They gave me an initial estimate and when I decided to go with them, the owner (Paul Wilson) came out a week before the installation to prepare. He provided thorough explanations and listened to my feedback with regard to a few installation preferences that I had. The installation went well. It took two days. The first day they got the heating system nearly fully installed (although not running at the end of the day as expected - but this was not a big deal since it was seasonably warm the few days before Christmas) and the second day, they finished up in a few hours. They were punctual, neat, and the installation team guys were good to work with. When they were finished, they swept up more dust in my basement than they had even made! After the installation, Wilson Bros. was also helpful with the rebate process for the furnace and A/C. They will come back in the spring to get the A/C up and running but so far, we are very pleased with the new furnace. We highly recommend Wilson Bros.

Wilson Bros. was very responsive and professional. They showed up a week or two before the work was scheduled to go over the plans for the job with me, including where the new boiler would be located, how the new piping fixtures and zone valves would be arranged, etc. They also let me know in advance what needed to me moved out of the work area so they could work more comfortably and efficiently. When they arrived to begin the work, they were punctual and professional, taking care to put down mats and cardboard to protect our floors while they worked. The new heating system works very well and the piping work is very neat and tidy. Overall, we couldn't be happier with how the installation went.

We decided to go with a pellet stove, so we did not use their services; however, if we have a need for any hvac work in the future I would definitely call them again!

The office staff (Cheryl and Dawn Rivard) were helpful and responsive to ensure that the installations were completed by the MassSave deadlines. They also helped us collect all the paperwork required for the MassSave rebates. Installation was smooth sailing with Paul at the helm. We highly recommend this outfit.

The owners of this company are brothers (the Wilson Bros.), and they clearly take great pride in running a tight operation. The crews showed up on time, and their workmanship was excellent. I also appreciated the way they left the work areas spotless and replaced anything they needed to move. The system they installed has been running very smoothly for the past three months. Extra points go to the owners for their commitment to customer service. For example, our AC quit running a few weeks before the scheduled installation of the new system. The owner sent a repair team to our house twice during that time, without charge, to patch up the old AC and keep it running until they could get the new system installed. Wilson Bros. seems to be very busy, which can lead to slow turnaround times. For example, it took a few weeks to get a proposal, and several more weeks to schedule the installation -- a total of about two months from the initial sales call until installation. Also, some of the newer technologies (e.g., remote-access wifi thermostats) seem to be new to them, which can cause some hiccups, and we had to do one call-back for a zone damper that wasn't wired correctly. Wilson Bros. pricing was competitive. In particular, they didn't load up the proposal with options of limited value. Of the four proposals I received, theirs was a clear winner in terms of value. Overall I was very satisfied with the system Wilson Bros. spec'd, the quality of the installation, and the commitment of the owners to their customers. I would definitely recommend them to neighbors, friends, and family.

Work was done on time and on budget. Everything works well and the new split Mitsubishi units have cut my heating and AC costs. I had one problem when it was time to put on the furnace, and had to call them back out. Some line had to be primed. They charged me for the service call which I thought they shouldn't have done because they should have known the line had to be primed after all the work they did installing the AC. I would still recommend them but I recommend the splits more!

If you know what you want done, they will do it professionally. The office is courteous, they show up as promised, and they are direct and forthright. When they make mistakes (a few years ago there was air in the oil line after they serviced the oil burner) they come back immediately and fix it without charge. On the last visit, they cleaned the A/C and checked it out. They also, at my request, insulated the refrigerant pipe between the unit and the house and charged me for parts, but not for extra labor, etc. It was done neatly and correctly and I was pleased. I also had them install a new heating system and central air several years ago, with zoning. It was a retrofit. While they worked professionally, there were several things I was not pleased about. They oversized the A/C, never taking the information I supplied and the zoning into account. The zoning flaps "leaked" (they repaired some of the problems under warranty, without a hassle and no longer use that supplier), and they insulated without sealing the ducts (my fault for assuming that based on their literature that sealing the ducts was part of insulating them?)

Installation went well. Workers were nice and cleaned up afterwards. After installation we noticed that a cover plate overlapped incorrectly, but they sent someone right back to fix it. Split system works great for heating and cooling. They helped with rebates too, to reduce out of pocket costs.

Wilson brothers did a great job. On time, best price, neat, and very knowledgeable. Love the system. I live in a small house(800 square feet) it cools the entire thing. It also has dehumidifier and heat. My electric bill was 58 dollars in August. Excellent purchase. Excellent company.

We have had them do a lot of work for us and we have always been very pleased with their service and their quality. They have been able to keep our very old A/C system working properly. They've had to do some major repairs for us on the A/C and they've done great work. Highly recommend.
