Great company, really honest

Their installers were courteous and respectful, however one installer began using an antique chair in the area as a workbench to trim sheet metal until I corrected him to find another option not involving my furniture. Overall I would do business with them again and plan to have them out to give an estimate for a tankless hot water system to replace an older gas tank.

I called to have them come and inspect the burner in my condo. The person who answered quoted $310. When I balked at the price she said she was new and that was an annual service fee and someone would call me back. They never did and I got someone else.

Always professional even on the emergency no heat call.

We are very happy with them. They were prompt in getting back to me. They got back to me and not everybody that I called did. They were very professional when they came out. They made sure that they were clean and didn’t drag things to the house. They seemed to be honest and dependable. They were right in the range in terms of price. They were very good with quality. They were real good with responsiveness. They were punctual. We will use their services again in the future.

The tank was under warranty, but they found out it wasn't the tank but the fellow who came out fixed the leak. I've been using them for a number of years.

Installation went fine except they turned off the gas and did not relight the pilot for the hot water heater. Had I known that, I wouldn't have taken a cold shower in the morning. The air coming out of the vents is rather loud and the duct work bangs at start up. They said after adjusting the air flow it was normal but the noise still persists. The tech suggested a by-pass and I feel it should be included in the installation.

It went excellent. They were prompt and professional. I would recommend them.

From the very beginning when Norm came to my house to talk with me about our needs, I felt we would have a good experience with Wilson Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning. He was very thorough, asking lots of questions to determine the best equipment for us. He sent me a quote right away and after a discussion with my husband, we decided to move forward. I called the office to set up an appointment for the installers to come. The office called me the day before to remind me that the installers were coming the next day. They arrived on time and talked with me a bit about what they were going to do. We went to the basement where the water heater is located and they pointed out the piping they would be replacing and where the new water heater would be located. They told me approximately how long the job would take and asked me if I had any questions before they began the work. When they were done, they called me to come downstairs and showed me the new water heater and explained how it will work. They adjusted the water temperature, explaining why that particular temperature was best and showed me how to adjust it, if necessary. They cleaned up the basement and left me with the invoice and literature on the water heater. When leaving, they noticed that I have a fireplace in the living room... they asked how I like it and I explained that I rarely use it anymore since it doesn't really heat the room. It just requires lots of work. They suggested that we give some thought to a fireplace insert which will prevent heat loss in the room and provide heat for the living areas of the first floor! I appreciated that suggestion and may just take them up on it. They said they would send me some product literature on fireplace inserts. A few days later, that literature arrived and my husband and I are thinking about that project for October.

Installers showed up every day, on time. The installation was neat and clean and met our expectations. In every case, they were able to install the ductwork exactly where we wanted it. They were professional, respectful of our house and couldn't have been more than a pleasure to deal with.

While there was small issues with the installation, they were extremely reactive for these problems. They even came out in the middle of the night once to correct something. They cleaned up well and did not leave the house a mess. We would use them again if needed.

Excellent! The technician was running early, so Amy called and asked if he could come early. The job was done efficiently and the tech was courteous, helpful, and completely professional.

The Wilson Brothers (WB) responded quickly to my initial request and sent a person over that day to do an evaluation. They responded the next morning with a written quote that was the best of the four contractors I contacted (two of the four contractors did only a phone quote which made me question how much it would REALLY cost). They scheduled an install in a couple days and were very punctual. They finished the job and cleaned up very well. My only issue with them is that I had opted for a 10-yr warrantied heater and a 6-yr model was installed (hence the B grade for Professionalism). I believe that this was an honest mistake, and when I brought this to their attention, they sent a refund check for the difference within a couple of days. Just some advice, make sure the quote or work order specifies EXACTLY what you want, and ask/check with the installers that they are giving you the version you want. Other than that, it was a A job.

Very pleased. The owner came out within a day to assess the job and give me an estimate. Very professional, clearly spelled out my options, didn't try to "up sell". Once I decided to proceed, they scheduled the job within a week and completed it within a few hours. Would definitely use them again.

They had good communication. They did an excellent job. They were professional and knowlagable. They were easy to work with and I would recomend them.

The installation went fine. A supervisor came by to inspect it and had his team return to correct what he considered below par ducting(which was good). The system works very well. The only issue we had was that for some reason, nobody realized that placing the furnace in an unheated area(below 2nd floor, in a barn space)would be a problem-this high efficiency furnace has a water reservoir in it which can freeze in the winter(and prevent the furnace from cycling on). Wilson's did return and acknowledged the problem, but left it to us to solve it ourselves(which we have done)-hence the 'D' for 'Responsiveness'.

The estimate for the amount of heat required was on the large side, which I reluctantly accepted. The calculations used were based simply on the length of heating fins in the house instead of heat-loss calculations. These days I would have been more insistent on a smaller unit to make it even more efficient. I don t fault them on this approach, as I could have required a more professional analysis, but did not. Two installers installed the wall-hung (German) Buderus boiler in one day. The next day, leaks were discovered and they came out twice to repair them, so that no additional leaks have occurred to this day. I suspect the leaks occurred because this was new technology and that the work was attempted in one day, perhaps pushing things a bit. One of the installers had a difficult personality. I am uneasy having this person back in my home. During the installation, the installers cracked the cedar clapboard through which the exhaust/intake pipe extended. Several months later, two (Wilson Brothers) installers arrived, cut a new hole in a new clapboard and replace the cracked board. They did an excellent job. The high-efficiency Buderus furnace (and HWT) heater works well and I am pleased with it.

I would highly recommend them. I think they are reputable. They come when they say they are going to and they always give calls in advance to remind me of something they're going to do. When there is a problem they actually resolve it. The owner comes, so you're not getting someone who is still in training taking care of a major problem.

They came and gave me an estimate. It was an emergency situation because it was during winter so they came back the very next day to do the work. They were professional and polite. They cleaned up when they were done. You wouldn't even know they were here. They also followed up the next day, then a week later to make sure everything was okay.

We've had him work on our fairly complicated under the floor heating system and he was pretty good at that. They came in and troubleshot the system and recognized the problem. It was good work, done well at a reasonable price. They also are willing to explain what they are doing and why to you.
