.We were very pleased with the fact that they could figure out the problem and fix it because it wasn't a common problem.

The owner is very good and I have used him several times. I will use him again in the future.

I had spinal surgery and was unable to do that work myself. They just shimmed the toilet. He couldn’t fix the tub drain. He just said that he couldn’t do it. He said that if he tried hard to fix it, it might drop down and it would plug the drain; then he wouldn’t be able to bring it back up. The water plate just blew mind. I had bought it new. He removed the old pieces from the shower and said that I might need it. Next morning when I used the shower, it sprayed all over. He had broken it and he didn’t tell me. I don’t want to see him again. I felt that he doesn’t want me as a customer anymore. I just was floored. He did come on time. His price was little higher than the average. I would never use him in the future.

I called to request an estimate for plumbing work to be done to correct six minor plumbing issues found in a home inspection. He agreed to come out to give an estimate, but then had to cancel on short notice (which is fine, things happen). He then refused to come give an estimate after learning that I was also obtaining an estimate from another plumber.

Excellent job - would use again.

Reliable, very personable plumbing team who turn up when promised and work cleanly. Some jobs turned out more difficult than I thought they should have been, but I guess that's not unusual. This does add to the cost, though there's no such thing as a cheap plumber (who's any good)!

I called Vieira Plumbing after an unsatisfactory experience with another plumbing company (Leominster Plumbing and Heating). They were able to immediately trace the major leak not to the (currently unused) downstairs bathtub as the other plumbers had stated, but to my dishwasher, which had made a puddle underneath it and was rotting the floor! I was very grateful to them for discovering this (I had always thought the leak had something to do with the kitchen sink, so the other plumbers not spotting this is nearly unbelievable). They disconnected the washer for me and evaluated my other small plumbing jobs (two garbage disposal problems, one length of black iron pipe to be removed, one radiator to be replaced), giving me good estimates on the work. They came back promptly and did the work quickly, neatly, and professionally. They also offered me better fixtures such as a no-frost spigot for my outside hose (the black iron pipe that needed to be replaced ran to the outside spigot) integrated into the low estimate for the work. Although the main leak came from my dishwasher, the first-floor bathroom was experiencing some problems (blocked drain), which they fixed without reference to a contractor to rip the walls open (one of the solutions proposed by the other plumbers). The owner of the company, Mr. Vieira, came by to deal with a section of the problem which they thought needed an experienced plumber. He offered to install a new sink and toilet (both of which were needed) in that bathroom for a very low cost and they did so within a week. Damage to the original tile floor was truly minimal and the bathroom is much nicer now. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and consideration of all members of this company. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

He is very professional and does very very good work. He truly goes above and beyond as he fixes things as he finds them. We even leave a key with him at his office so he could come in if we were away if there were any problems.

We had 2 different plumbers that cost us a fortune and he fixed it quickly. He is an honest worker that is very knowledgeable. He basically wants to get the job done right. We had used him before and we would recommend him.
