Top Coat Painting

We were upgrading the trim and wall color to bring into this century... Brian did a great job painting the trim and walls perfectly. There was a lot of trim including a pair of french doors. Brian's attention to detail was awesome and his painting to cut in the trim and windows was near perfect. The work was done at a fair price. Brain swept and cleaned up each day leaving the rooms spotless. Felt very comfortable having Brian in our house. Will hire him again for additional rooms in the future. Highly recommend!

Brian and his team did a amazing job her at my office. We had some offices constructed because cubicles just wasn't cutting it anymore. He did a great job doing the tapping/mudding of the sheetrock, painting of walls, doors and trim work. Even had him give a fresh coat through the office I was so impressed. Bryan Lewis of Top Coat Painting did a fantastic job of painting and repairing my home this summer. The job started with a visit to my home to develop his estimate. Bryan noticed several rotted areas that he recommended be replaced with Azek. He provided a detailed estimate of the carpentry and painting work so that I would have options about the extent of work to be performed. He also provided a color consultation to help me chose a different look for my home. He delivered sample painted boards of the colors that I was considering so that I could take my time to thoroughly evaluate the options before making my choice. Bryan worked seamlessly with a carpenter to make the needed repairs to boards and siding. After all the carpentry work was completed he followed with a very thorough and impeccable paint job. He communicated well about his schedule and the days he would be working on my house. It was very clear how much pride and care he puts into his work. The finished product is a home that looks like new again. In addition the Top Coat Painting crew is friendly and accommodating in a way that made the entire experience a pleasant one.

Bryan was very clean in my home. He picked up every evening before he left and made sure that my belongings were covered. The paint job was great and looks very professional. The cabinets practically look brand new. I will definitely hire him the next time I have a paint project. Best of all, with the signed contract he offered color free consultation which I needed.

Brian and his crew did a very good job in a reasonable short period of time. Two weeks with nasty weather involved several days. Brian had to be away from the job, which he told me beforehand and his crew still worked as though he was there. Our screened porch has mahogany rails around it and steps, Brain also did those. He and his crew were polite and punctual and did a great clean up job, every day.

Bryan was fantastic through the whole process. Him and his crew were prompt, professional, and efficient. The quality of the work was superb, including replacing some of the siding and trim boards that were rotted. I really appreciated the care and respect with which they treated our home and how spotlessly clean the left the job site each day. In addition to all of that he's just an exceptionally nice guy. I would (and will) use Top Coat again on future projects.

It could not have gone any better. They were very punctual, and they really cleaned up well. You could tell the guy who came out knew what he was talking about. It turned out to be a really good job. This was my first time using them, and would defiantly recommend! He was the most reasonable of the quotes/estimates I received.

Very responsive answered our phone calls promptly and delivered all the services we contracted for. Very helpful even cleaned a very high ceiling fan and foyer light. Painting is excellant and assisted with replacing pictures etc. Would definitely use this company again and recommend him to others.

Bryan Lewis worked with us to go over the details of the job we wanted done. He was very cooperative and professional and a pleasure to work with. We were concerned with the approach of anyone we hired, and Bryan fit the bill (spraying followed by overbrushing). All in all we are pleased with the job and would not hesitate to hire Bryan again. The only minor glitch was a misunderstanding in scheduling, where each of us thought the other was going to get in touch about the best time to start. No big deal.

This is one of the recent jobs Bryan Lewis has done for us. We were hoping the breakfast nook would be ready for the Holidays. Bryan worked with us and found the time to complete the job, and my wife and I were very grateful. As you can see from the pictures, the benches were prepared very well, smooth as silk, as were the window and cabinet trim, and baseboard. The entire bench was primed with BIN Primer, even the feet. This was to protect the wood from wet mopping the kitchen floor. He was able the match the kitchen cabinets for the final coats with a hard enamel paint. The result was the benches are as hard and smooth as glass. And now 6 months later of daily use they still look and feel like new. During the Holidays, guests were graciously commenting it, and two mentioned that the breakfast nook looked so good that it should be pictured in a Kitchen Ideas Book. Maybe someday, though for now we're enjoying the breakfast nook—Thanks to Bryan and the carpenter.

Whenever I need my business or home to look good, I call Bryan Lewis of Top Coat Painting. Bryan has been doing paint and building cosmetics jobs for me for the past 10 years. Bryan Lewis gets flying colors for a person to hire, and that's why he's my go-to-person whenever I have to brighten-up my buildings and living spaces. I can really trust him as a person and as a professional, and life is good before, during and after the work is done!
