Shawn Murrin Tile & Marble

Mr. Murrin was hired to install the tile for our bathroom remodel. He was very pleasant and was very realistic about the timeline and cost of this project, which I appreciated. He was very professional and left our house tidy even after the huge mess of ripping out the existing tile. His work is clean and I could not be more happy with our bathroom turned out. I would highly recommend Mr. Murrin and will definitely hire him again for any of our future Tile needs.

Mr. Murrin showed up for a job we contracted him for at one of our condominiums. It was to re-tile two small areas of two shower walls in two different units. After his arrival, he said that he could not do the work because there was a leak that prevented him from repairing apt. no. 203. I told him I would take of that and that he should continue to go to apt. 103 below and complete the tiling in her shower. He categorically refused to go and do the work in 103 because he stated that "he had already lost money on the job." I explained to him that this was unprofessional and that the woman in 103 was expecting him. He refused to go. After a conversation with our executive manager, he agreed to go out today (7/3/2013) and do the work. We rescheduled with our owners, at great inconvenience to them, and they agreed to once again be home for the repairs. Mr. Murrin did not show up at the appointment time, did not call us or the owners and left and us in an extremely bad situation. This is the MOST unprofessional and rudest vendor I have ever dealt with in my position and would warn anyone that would even consider hiring him. He's a disgrace to his profession.
