They did a great job and everything looks clean and neat. They also lubricated the doors and did an inspection as well. The guys were very knowledgeable and were easy to talk with and ask questions. I would definitely use them again for all my garage door needs.

When they arrived, they had the right part, did the work right, and were in and out in about 30 minutes; friendly and professional too. Very nicely done and I would definitely call them again with any future issues.

This was a mixed bag. The initial service call was excellent. My daughter backed into the garage door, and Steve was quick to come out and get it serviceable again. He then ordered a door identical to my second garage door even though he did not carry those particular doors. He gave me a verbal quote of $850. A few weeks later I had to call to check on the status of the door. It turns out they sent a door that was a step up in quality. He ended up installing that door, and he charged me $950, excluding tax and dumping fees. Unfortunately, the new door does not exactly match the old door. Specifically the windows are different. This was extremely important to me because I planned on having the doors painted a different color, and the difference in the windows would have been highlighted. Steve told me he would try to come up with a solution. He told me he would get back to me, but he has not. I'm going to live with the doors as is, but I do not feel comfortable in having my doors painted.

The entire experience was good. Quick call back. I really appreciated the minor repair to hold us over so we could use the garage. Did everything he said he was going to do at the price he stated.

I am not a person who is easily made happy by contractors. Just too many bad experiences. However, that has changed. I left a message on Saturday afternoon and was shocked to have a return call on Sunday. The owner set up an appt. for 2 days later. I had been having nightmares about what it would be costing me to replace the broken door. The owner came an immediately put me at ease. No replacement, easy to fix and affordable. This man could have looked at the problem, told me the door had to be replaced and handed me a huge bill and I would have been forced to believe him because it was the beginning of Winter and I wanted to park in my garage. We made plans for the following week but he called 2 days later and said he could be here in 30 minutes if it worked okay for me. Promptness, honesty and workmanship gives this company and the owner who personally did the work a Bravo!.

Whole process went very smoothly. Steve was very responsive and punctual. Doors look fabulous and have performed well. The only thing I could quibble about was that I wasn't told that there was an additional fee for disposing of the old doors as I never got a formal written estimate. It was a small amount, $40 or so, just unexpected.

Extremely responsive to a comparatively small cost opportunity--very professional, excellent communications and follow through--very competent and pragmatic in their approach--price for the replacement door and their services was considerably lower than local competition--am extremely pleased with their scheduling and communication once the replacement section came from mill and the final product is great! The installation went smoothly and efficiently. Steve was very professional and prompt. Also, later on when a door needed to be adjusted, Steve came to the house at a moments notice on a Saturday to adjust one of the doors. They were less expensive and did quality work. I would recommend them to friends.

He came over with another guy on scheduled date, and finished work in about half hour. Left me with a paper of work-been-done.

Garage door refused to go down. The photo eye needed to be replaced, but I didn't know that when I called them. The eyes appeared to still be working, except that the receiver eye would continually flash green instead of being solid green. Blocking the beam would still cause it to stop glowing completely, so it seemed to be working OK, except for the flashing, and except for the fact that the door wouldn't go down. Steve and his son replaced first the green eye (no change), and then the transmitter eye (yellow light), and that fixed it. Simple fix. Very friendly, on time. Called Wednesday, they were here Thursday morning. Overall great experience. They lubed the door for free, just part of the normal service. Would definitely call them again if we have any troubles with garage doors.

The estimate was done on a Friday and they were there the following Tuesday! Project took about 1 1/2 hours, and everything is working well, and they even lubed up my very dirty and squeeky doors. We had thought about doing ourselves, but when we looked at the cost for the units, plus the labor involved (it would take us even longer) we thought it was a good deal. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install or replace existing garage door openers.

They always arrive when they say they will and the job is always done to perfection at a decent price. The first time I used them they saved me a bootle by telling me just to replace a panel, not the door. I've recommended them to many people. He wants his money at the completion of the job; I don't have a problem with that.

My previous garage door opener was >15 years old. The service men explained what they would do to replace the garage door opener and the new enhanced features of the new system. After a few weeks, my newly installed opener did not appear to be operating correctly. The servicemen returned promptly and took care of the problem immediately. They were very responsive and conscientious.

I would really have liked to do business with Steve as his estimate was $300 less than others, but after much lack of communication decided to spend the extra money on another contractor for my own sanity. Communication was very difficult - he misunderstood or ignored my instructions to lock up my house when he came to do measurements for the estimate. He also took quite a while to reply to phone messages. From my first call to when I threw in the towel, about 3 weeks elapsed and the only thing accomplished was the estimate.

MY GARAGE DOORS ACTUALLY FELL APART WHEN I WAS GETTING ESTIMATES. THESE FOLKS ARE A SMALL OPERATION, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO PUT IN THE DOORS WITHIN 3 DAYS, WHEN THE OTHER QUOTE I RECEIVED COULDN'T PROMISE SOONER THAN TWO WEEKS. THE DOORS ARE WORKING FINE, THE ONLY QUIBBLE I HAVE IS THAT THEY LEFT SOME NUTS AND WASHERS AROUND ON THE GROUND.
