Lowell Overhead Door

Picked up my call, did some troubleshooting on phone with, gave me a reasonable estimate, came to replace unit next business day. Very professional and good service. I will use them again and would recommend to family and friends.

the broken sprocket was obvious problem but they uncovered that the chain was also disengaged with the sprockets over the electric motor assembly, which was difficult to see. Once fixed they then had to make adjustment so that the door travel was correct. Something that looked like a simple fix was not. They worked efficiently and were thorough.

Work was excellent, and everyone was professional and friendly. Entire project from phone call to finish was a few days. This company was a pleasure to work with, and I can't recommend highly enough.

I'm very pleased with the work that Lowell Overhead Doors did. When our spring broke unexpectedly, I called and was able to quickly schedule a time that worked for me. Steve came out, fixed my broken door spring and replaced the springs on the other door that were starting to fail. He was done with all the work in less than an hour and was very polite and professional. I called around and got several estimates and the price I paid was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the work. He came to take a look 3 days after we first talked over the phone, and fixed it right on the site so that I do not have to schedule another appointment. He made a few adjustments and lubed my rail etc. The door has been working great after the fix.

Arrived ahead of time to review the project, provided all options requested and refined the job over the phone. They were very accessible and answered all my questions. Installation was performed ahead of schedule. They cleaned up thoroughly and disposed of the old door, thanks etc. They explained ho to maintain the door and rollers before they left and followed up by phone afterwards, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent. They came out on Monday to see the problem and ordered door. Broken section was replaced section on Thursday in the rain and job was completed!

Lowell Overhead Doors did outstanding work and quality service at my house. They measure my original springs to make sure they got the appropriate replacement springs for my heavy single wood two garage door. They installed the new springs two days later. Professional, informative and advised how to properly lubricate the new springs. Plus they were really nice people!

a cable broke on our garage door and we needed it replaced. We knew the garage doors needed work when we bought this house, so we weren't too surprised. We called in the morning and got an appointment for later that afternoon. The person on the phone was polite and efficient, and she called back right away with a time. The technician arrived on time, and did a great job explaining what needed to be done, and gave an accurate estimate. The job took only about an hour, even though the prior installation was done badly. He explained what was wrong, and what needed to be fixed and replaced. He didn't try to upsell anything, and showed my husband how to properly maintain the system. We only use one side of the garage, so we aren't in a rush to fix the other door, but when we do, we will definitely use this company.

Steve and Justin arrived , on time and took out the old doors and installed the new ones ... they worked efficiently and neatly ... the new doors are FANTASTIC.... they cleaned everything up and explained everything I needed to know... We were very pleased with the door selection and Steve's ideas.. Final cost was EXACTLY the quoted amount.... HIGHLY ENDORSE THIS COMPANY

Awesome service, great price. Could not be more pleased! Suggested to replace both springs versus just the broken one to prevent a second call in the near future. Glad to have done both springs, much greater peace of mind.

Garage door lift cable was broken. It is hard to find lift cable in home depot etc. I bought safety cable from home depot instead to replace by myself. The installation result was not good. I called 8:30 am in the morning and they (Steve and Justin) arrived 1:00 pm. The are very experienced. Justin customized a pair of lift cable by hand for replacement. They inspected all the things on doors with lubrication and told me no other things are need for replacement. Justin lives in Andover. Highly recommended for Andover neighbor.
