Description of Work: They were amazing. We were going on vacation in Feb. when our Garage door went off the rails. We were leaving on a flight at 1 the next day and this happened at 6pm. on Friday. Checked Angie's list called the number and a miracle they answered. He worked me through how to get the door down without damage and then sent his son to come over and repair and tune up the doors the next day at 9:30 am. in time for us to leave for our flight with a secure house. He also gave me tips on how to do a self tune-up. This father son team gets an A+++. I lost the receipt so I don't have their number but I'm sure their listed on Angie's list.

Description of Work: My Garage door was not opening/closing properly and was getting stuck half way. They came and checked it and said the motor needs to be replaced and they would come back the following Tuesday to do it. But no one showed up or called me the whole of the following week and so I had to call them up end of the following week to remind them and they came and did it the week after. |Once they started, they finished within a couple of hours and got it working again. But the mototr they installed did not work with the programmable remote buttons in both my car & my wife's car. They told me I need to order an additional remote key device as the new motors don't work properly with programmable car remote opener buttons. I had to order that online for an additional $35 or so and wait another week or so. But I was able to set it up myself once that device arrived and progam both my car remote buttons. |So for about 3 weeks, I had to enter through my front door, come in and open the garage door manually from inside, park the car in garage and then close the garage door from inside. Other than this slightly annoying delay, they did a fine job and my garage door is working well now.
