Mike was very helpful with identifying the wood and also punctual with his timing. Mike and Mark made good combination for the job while Russel helped. The floor work was done with precision. Stairs were a bit of a challenge but so far so good. I recommend this contractor for hardwood flooring without any hesitation.

I had my old carpeted floors replaced and new hardwood flooring put down. Mike was very easy to work with. Spent a great deal of time suggesting ideaâ s for problem areaâ s and ways to save money. He went out of his way to do some custom work. His crew were a friendly group of guys. Work was started and completed on time.

Mike and his crew are amazing! We hired them to install new wood into old wood when we had a wall removed. It looks seamless, you would never even know the difference between the old and new. Other companies said it could not be done and we had to replace everything. I am so glad I called Mike, he seemed very confident and we followed his professional advice. They installed, sanded and finished up ahead of schedule. The floors look perfect! Flooring MD was very professional, clean, and kept us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them to everyone!

DON'T HIRE THEM They didn't stain my flooring with the color that I choose. He refused to send his guys to fix until 2 weeks later meaning, one week was only for him, Michael the owner to show up at our house to see the mistakes they made. Than he was gonna set up at time to have his guy at his earliest convenience to come fix it. Mean while I had to wait for the kitchen installer now finish his job that I had already scheduled after Michael was gonna be done with floor. So my whole schedule of having a kitchen done had to wait on Michael. He offers to give my money back, $800 dollars this was 50% of what we put down, but he was gonna discount few things I thought. ($100 or max; 200 dollars of some material right) I just want this nightmare to be over, far from it. NOPE HE was gonna give US ONLY $200 sooo I had to pay for their mistake, ALL OF THEIR MISTAKES 600 dollars OF THEIR MISTAKES. Which me and my husband completely flipped out. We tried for 500 and get 400 hundred for Michael to GIVE US BACK, Nope, Michael wasn't having any of that. He was only gonna give us 200, and we have to pay a total loss of THEIR MISTAKE. Isn't that great everyone? So basically everyone can mess up on their jobs and the customer still gonna pay for it. Because they don't take any accountability at all. None for any wrong doing, I mean what a great world isn't? Well I'm taking them small claim , and our family lawyer will be involved as well. So that's what flooring MD is about.

The team did a wonderful job minimizing dust during a major refinishing/installation project. Michael took extra steps to remediate squeaking on legacy flooring and did a great job preparing our subfloor for new hardwood. Creative options to address unforeseen issue matching old and new flooring. A real pleasure to work with.

Very pleasant and did a good job

I hired them to refinish one room and install new flooring in an adjacent room. They were very patient with me while I made a decision on stain color, helpful with moving furniture out of the way and came during the time frames they said they would.

Michael, Mark and the rest of the team with Flooring MD were awesome! We needed a tile demo then hardwood installed where the tile had been and all of the original existing hardwood refinished. It was a huge job that was done quickly and efficiently. Michael constantly kept me in the loop and was very friendly and easy to talk to. Mike Dean of Flooring MD and his crew did a professional, expert, and clean installation of bamboo floors in five rooms and four closets in our house. They were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We recommend them highly.

Michael, Mark and T.J. did a tremendous job refinishing our beat-up wood floors and making them look like new. We also had new wood stairs installed; Michael even took the time to perfectly match some previously missing trim pieces. All questions and concerns (by phone or in person) were answered immediately and resolved. Great work ethic, including cleaning up each day. Highly recommended!

Michael Dean and his team work diligently on the project. Ordering and Getting hardwood for us, taking away the carpets, installing the hardwood for the floor. They work long time a day, and they really work hard. Very willing to help , even beyond their work scope. They are smart, getting our queen size bed box upstairs through a narrow stairway, this job was given up by a professional team( moving company) . They helped me to move the tint from the car windows, which later satisfy our vehicle inspection requirements. Simply put, they are good. And can be trusted.
