Executive Flooring

He showed up on time for the estimate and spent some time in the basement doing measuring. He kept saying that it was going to be a lot of work but that he could do the job. I got the feeling that he didn't really want to do it. He said he would get back to me in a week with an estimate. After two weeks of waiting and not hearing anything, I called and left a message to follow up. The message was not returned. I understand that not all contractors will be interested in doing every job. When this is the case, they should let you know rather than leading you to believe you will get an estimate. I wasted over two weeks of waiting when I could have been looking for someone else. Very unprofessional.

Ray from Executive Flooring returned my phone call the same day I placed an inquiry. He was very professional and spent a good amount of time on the phone with me going over his prior work experience and explaining how he would approach our job (installing a rubber floor on a small home gym). He made sure we were getting a good quality product from a reputable company and offered a more cost effective approach for some of the material. He emailed us a quote within a day or two. The day of the install he was on time, professional and great to work with. He walked us through the process at the beginning and then reviewed his work with us before leaving and told us if, for any unlikely reason, an issue should arise, he'd come back and fix it. The flooring looks great, Ray is very competitive with his prices and does an excellent job - we highly recommend him.

Excellent! I can't recommend Ray and Executive Flooring enough. He did a great job, on time (early actually), carpet looks great, pricing was good.

Very happy with the whole process. Studio floor required leveling cement and bathroom needed underlayment. Floors were finished quickly. I should add that we had selected the tile and grout color before contacting Executive so the cost reported above did not include those materials.

We got quotes from three different place and the highest price was over $2500. Executive Flooring was the lowest at $300 and Ray explained what would be involved in fixing the problem and how long it would take. He was the only one that gave us the quote immediately after examining the problem on the same day, whereas the others took days to get back to us. Ray showed up on time on the day of the scheduled repair and got to work - all by himself. He needed some help from my husband with moving furniture around but we didn't mind - this is why his price is so reasonable. As he was working, Ray showed my husband the source of the problem and how he was going to fix them. The job was done in about 5 hours. Now the floor is so quiet when we walk on it and it feels very sturdy, thanks to Ray's thorough job.

Approximately 700 Sa. Ft. Floor needed leveling. He does excellent work. I will call him again.
