 + -1 moreAs a member of the Mass Energy Consumer Alliance, I am assigned an oil dealer in my area. I'ved used Efficient Energy Systems Inc as a will-call customer for several years now. Their price has generally been slightly less than other dealers in my area. The owners, Bill and Debbie, have always been pleasant and easy to deal with. However, I have had some inconsistant deliveries. When I've called for an oil delivery, sometimes they send the delivery truck in a day or two. On a few other occasions, it's required a follow up call and taken a week or two for the delivery truck to come out. My advice: If you use Efficient Energy Systems and call in your heating oil orders, ask when to expect the delivery. If a full day goes by after the expected delivery date, and you still don't see the delivery truck, don't be bashful about calling them again.
Description of Work: I use Efficient Energy Systems Inc., as my heating oil dealer. They also perform my annual boiler maintenance.

 + -1 moreThe gentlemen were nice. They did a very good job. There was an issue with their permits but all in all the work went well and I would use them again.
Description of Work: They helped me with an oil to gas conversion, replacing my furnace.
