Darche Hardwood Flooring

Brenden at Darche Hardwood Flooring was beyond excellent. I was about to put my house on the market and thought refinishing the floors would be a good idea. Brenden was able to squeeze this small job into his schedule to accomodate me in a quicker timeframe than I anticipated. He showed up on time early in the morning to check out the situation, was courteous and professional. He sent me an estimate via email when he said he would and we agreed on a schedule. He answered all my questions and concerns before, during and after the job was finished. It was nice to deal with someone who actually returned calls and emails, did a great job and I felt the price was very reasonable.

Brenden was excellent and very pleasant to work with. I had to cancel on him at the last minute and when I reached back out to him he immediately got me on his schedule. He watches out for the little things and pays attention to details. Cleans up each day and takes all the scraps with him. My flooring looks wonderful and yes I would definitely hire him again.

I contacted Brenden last summer and He did not get a chance to install my floor until before ThanksGiving. It is a little bit frustrating in my part, however he is a profesional and he did a good job.

Brendon did a fantastic job. He and his crew were prompt, friendly, and professional. The new and old floors match, and I'm a very detail oriented person. Brendon explained the work to be done in easy to understand terms. He used a dustless sanding method. I had a tight schedule with getting painting and hardwood floors completed before my scheduled move in date and Brendon worked around my schedule. I couldn't be happier with my new and refinished floors.
