Mike called before he came as he said he would. He was very knowledgable and went right to work. I would call him again if I need him.

Mike made an appointment with me and then never called or showed. Very unprofessional.

Mike came to my house the day after I contacted him about our heat pumps that needed to be repaired for replaced. He was very thorough, cleaning all 4 outside units of leaves and even raking away the leaves from around each unit. We had to replace 2 heat pumps. The day they were installed he and his crew were here from 11a.m. til after 8:30p.m. !! They did a great job!!!

They need to know that it's $500 for 2 hours of work- including going to the store for parts between 30-45 minutes for parts! Parts were less that $50 (probably about $20 parts). Parts were clamps and screws.

Mike is personable and friendly, came next day and did work. Gave a quote on more work.

Was on time, installed 3 hard wired smoke alarms and new led dimmer. Would use again.

OK, I want to be very clear about Mike Roman. He came promptly and tried to fix the issue. However, it turned out the problem was not with the electrical GFI breaker, but with the appliance attached to the breaker. So there was nothing he could have done. Mike and Steve were courteous and professional. And I would have no qualms about hiring them again. So why the slightly lower rating for value for the money? Well, the charge for an hour's work seemed high. It was an emergency call, granted. But he wasn't called out of his home at odd hours of the morning, but responded from a job he was on.
