This would probably get a B of it wasn't for the "secretary". As soon as the initial quote was provided she was an absolute nightmare to deal with. It was an inconvenience for her to even speak to me and lacks even entry level customer service skills. She must be family or she would have been let go by now. When I had some easily resolvable issues she was a complete lunatic and neglected to return several phone calls. When you're paying for a luxury item you want it done right, some miss steps can be understandable but the service from this woman was outrageous. Once everything was fixed (without any help from her) it meets expectations, a little courtesy would have gone a long way. The installers were kind and clean.

They did an excellent job. They were professional and friendly. They were true to their word in showing up on time and working efficiently. It was obvious they cared about customer service.
