+ -1 moreI have worked with Steve O'Keefe and Eagle Build and Remodel for approx 15 years on a number of projects. Steve and his team are all professional. This last project remodel of the kitchen had been in the plans for a bit. I had a pipe burst requiring repairs in the bathroom as well as basement ceiling replacement. Steve was able to provide me direction and a quick quote. Perfect opportunity to move forward with kitchen and bathroom remodel. Once again his team was amazing. Steve educated me on necessary steps and timeline from picking out cabinets, appliances, faucets and lighting. We also refinished the hardwood floors throughout the house (a disrupting job in itself). Steve assisted me in locating a storage unit, had some of his team move furniture into/out of the unit. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that has been completed. Already discussing next project.

They did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards and even fixed some additional items while they were doing the roof for no additional charge. I will be hiring Eagle build and remodel again soon!

He showed up to supervise the work multiple times each day and completed the work in a timely manner with his team. + -1 moreStephen and his crew were the best. Everything was stress-free and professional from the first meeting with me to discuss the project to the final walk around to look at the completed work. Stephen first met with me to discuss what I was hoping to have fixed and made valuable suggestions. The price quoted was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. Stephen called or texted each step of the way, to make sure I knew what was happening next. ("Dumpster will be delivered tomorrow, crews will be there the next day, etc.) His crew were very prompt and worked each day from 8-4. The site was meticulously cleaned up each day before they went home. I highly recommend Stephen O'Keefe/Eagle Build and Remodel !!!

He was able to get us the product that was right for us at a price we were comfortable with. He was very responsive through the whole process. He was prompt to reply , competitive in price, always on top of the situation and easy to work with. The crew assigned to us was also professional and on time and they left the property in good order once work was completed. We did not run into any snags other than some uncooperative rainy weather. Once he worked on the inside of our house, it was a no-brainer to have him do the outside. We never looked for another quote. We’ll be calling Steve again soon to remodel another bathroom.

+ 2 moreI reached out to Steve last fall to get a quote to reside my house, along with replacing both the front farmer’s porch and back porch. I found Eagle Build & Remodel through Angie’s list; they had so many good reviews I figured why not. Steve came out and took pictures and measurements and I just knew upon meeting him that he was someone I could trust, he answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, the quote he gave me was super reasonable for all the work I was having done. His crew came in April to start the project and everything was finished by the beginning of June. The guys did an amazing job; they arrived early every day before I left for work and were usually still working when I came home, finishing everything ahead of schedule. There were a couple extra things that I knew I was going to need fixed, like some roofing on my dormer and Steve and his crew handled it no problem, he kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, I never once felt like I was in the dark. I’m generally a very indecisive person, going into this project I was super nervous, my house is from the 1920’s and it was falling apart, I inherited it after my dad had passed and knew I had to do something. Finding Eagle Build & Remodel was truly a blessing, I can finally look at my house and be proud of it and it’s all thanks to Steve and his team. Steve even helped me with my most important request and that was to hang my hammock on my farmer’s porch, and I couldn’t be happier with it. This was just one of my many projects but I’ll be using this company again and recommending them to everyone I know, if you’re looking to do anything around your house, these guys know what they are doing but more importantly you can trust them and that’s getting harder and harder to find nowadays.

+ 4 moreGreat Job ! What can I say that others have not? Steve did everything and MORE than was quoted. His crews were polite, professional, fast and knew what they were doing. All work was completed quicker than I thought it would take and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We had a tree fall on our garage and house destroying the garage roof but now you would not know anything happened. I would hire them again with out getting other quotes. Did I mention the price was right!

+ -1 moreWe hired Eagle Build to install a new roof on our hip roof colonial. Steve at Eagle was very professional from the start and we chose Eagle over several others that we considered. We were not disappointed. Eagle quoted a very fair price and then followed through on execution. On the day the work started Eagle’s crew showed up right on time and worked throughout the day so that the entire job was finished in one day, avoiding the need to weather proof the roof overnight. Cleanup was thorough and complete. We couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend Eagle to others considering home improvement projects.

He came out quickly to quote the project, did a full investigation of the issue and made a proposal for resolution. We had a leak coming into a room in our house, and he repaired the roof to eliminate the problem. His team was professional and the work was done quickly and effectively. We would hire Steve and his team again for sure.

Steve and his crew showed up as agreed, they stripped and replaced a roof and the skylights on a 2800 Square foot property in one day. I was seriously impressed with the professionalism displayed by Steve and his crew. The dedication and care they took to ensure no damage occurred to anything on the property. The cleanup work done at the end left the are in a near meticulous state. Steve's adherence to the contract and all of our verbal agreements was outstanding. I would hire Steve and Eagle Build and Remodel, LLC again without question. Although I will not discussed price paid because every job is different fit was completely within reason without the additional overhead associated with a lot of the name brand roofers that name out there.

+ 11 moreOutstanding work! Steve O'Keefe and all of the men he contracted to perform the services were professional, diligent, and incredibly hard working. They were consistently willing to stay later and come in on the weekend (while always seeking advanced permission) to meet deadlines. We were pretty flexible with the timeline but the work was performed in a reasonable timeframe, even while we added additional services to the original contract. Steve made sure that we were happy with the end result; the small things that we weren't satisfied with were immediately ratified at no cost to us. The exceptional service has expanded past the initial service completion; when we had a plumbing emergency, Steve responded immediately and the plumber appeared soon thereafter. I even hired the electrician for a non-basement-related matter after the job completion. I can't speak more highly about Steve, his work ethic and his dedication. Despite our insane schedules, he regularly met with us late night and weekends to keep us informed about the progress and to ensure our satisfaction. He's so pleasant to work with, has a great demeanor and attitude, and the work performed is top notch at a great price. We're thrilled with the work and enthusiastically recommend him and his company.

Steve was prompt in coming over to inspect the roof, provided me proposal, explain in detail the materials needed and the process to replaced the defective shingles. We discuss a time when he would do the work. To my surprise he called and would be able to get the work done a few days earlier than expected. That was great, for it worked out perfect with my schedule. His crew show up at 7am and at 4:30 they were all done, New roof and the yard cleaned. Thank you for a job well done.
