Our experience with Craig and everyone on his team was nothing short of fantastic. Chris came out right around the holidays and provided us with an accurate estimate, and was able to start work within a few days of being hired for the job. The first day, Craig showed up along with his crew, reviewed the complete job with us and his team, and we decided on a few last minute design ideas (last minute due on our part and 2x3 studded walls). We already had the tile on hand, but a few of the extras like corner shelves and sill (aka curb cap) were sourced by Craig; they matched up perfectly style and color-wise with the tile we bought and we could not be happier with how they look. The complete job took about 3 1/2 days; The craftsmen arrived on schedule every day, reviewed the goals for each day, and went right to work. They took care to reduce the noise and mess (laying down drop cloths, tarps, etc) and cleaned up each day. Everyone from Craig to the youngest member of the team took the time to get all the details of the job right, even things I never thought about like polishing/smoothing the corner of the sill. Craig checked in periodically on the job and helped when needed. We took a final walkthrough together upon the completion of the job (and before final payment). The end result is absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier. Craig and his crew will be the first call I make for any future tile work.

I had a leak in the tiles in my tub/shower surround. Puddles would appear after we used the shower. This was getting worse over the year. Some tiles were cracked and some grout was missing. Craig Richmond came at the time he said he would. He explained what he would do to fix the leaks and gave me a reasonable estimate. He came back in an hour with one of his employees to explain to him what had to be done. The employee went to get his tools and supplies while I went to buy the tile. An hour later the employee returned with another employee. In two hours they had removed the cracked tiles and set the new tiles. They removed the old tub faucet and the tub/shower controls trim and suggested I may want to buy new ones, since the old faucet and trim was corroded. They said they would return the next morning to apply the grout. After they left I noticed another tile that was slightly cracked. In the morning Craig Richmond and his employee arrived on time and readily replaced the cracked tile. Craig also decided to replace the tile that was around the faucet pipe. It had previously been installed in two pieces. Craig drilled a hole in a new tile and installed it. It gave a better appearance and was more waterproof. His employee cut out any other loose areas of grout and essentially re-grouted the entire tub/shower surround. They also installed the new faucet and trim. Craig and his employees patiently answered my many questions and were respectful and professional at all times. Even though my house (and bathroom) is 60 years old, the replaced tiles fit right in. You can't tell which tiles were replaced. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the price, which was what the estimate had been.
