CHEM-DRY OF SOUTH SHORE

I have used Chem-Dry of the South Shore for years and years. I love Dave and Karen and the service they provide. I wish I had thought to write a review years ago. The service, professionalism, communication, punctuality, respect and expertise of Chem-Dry of the South Shore are without rival. I am always SO happy when everything is clean and fresh. The methods Dave uses are up-to-date, not caustic and fast-drying. Everything smells wonderful and the work is always one in a timely manner. Also, Dave is an extremely pleasant and accommodating person and very dedicated to his work.

After a little bunny babysitting disaster, we needed to call in South Shore Chem dry to clean up the spots and the smell. They were able to fit us in their schedule within 4 days, they came on time, did a great job cleaning and left nothing behind. We have used them before (about every other year) for high traffic areas and bedrooms and have always been happy with their professionalism, quality of work, availability and fair pricing.

Excellent. I have a fairly new carpet in a brand new home less than 3 years old. The carpet is very light and traffic soil marks were very noticeable. I was very frustrated and not ready to spend any more money on a new carpet . Dave and Karen were very helpful and understanding to my dilemma. He was one of very few providers that come on weekends. He explained everything in detail what he was going to do and in fact he checked in with me later on to see how happy I was. He uses all natural cleaners and I fell in love with the citrus smell. Don't worry it is not that strong and does go away. I had the living room, master bedroom, stairs and large loft done. I will definitely use him again.
