I liked their product. The product was good but it had some problems. They were here when they said they would. I would use them in the future.

They did a super job. They were so good, I took pictures of it and gave it to a friend of mine who hired them as well. They are top notch and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Both Matt & Jeff were policy, knowledgeable & stayed until the work was done (which was about 8 pm at night)....Highly recommend. Product very professional looking.

Bay State Re-Bath did an outstanding job. I am very happy with them. From the salesperson to the installer, they did a great job. I would use their services again in the future if needed.

I found Re-bath generally easy to deal with and I was very nervous after reading the previous review here. At the same time, I needed a bathtub completely replaced in 1 day and don't trust bath fitters at all. I looked at both and found the quality of the Re-bath material to be much higher. This job was pricier than some because they replaced the bathtub, rather than covering it. We selected walls that are in the shape/texture of 12 inch slate tiles, with the added benefit of not having grout to clean. Does it look the same as the real thing? Of course not, but it's a heck of a lot more attractive than what we had before. My only gripe is that the plumber they subcontracted with charged me extra money when the main water shutoff failed and he had to replace it. Part of the deal with Re-bath is that your price is all inclusive and doesn't change, even if they find problems when they get into the walls and stuff. That said, it is a condo, and the problem was nowhere near the bathroom, so I can't really complain too much.

THIS WAS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. FROM THE START THEY WERE NEVER PUNCTUAL. WORK WAS POORLY DONE. GROUT WAS THE WORST JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN, THAT WE HAD TO GET HOME DEPOT INVOLVED BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE JOB. WE WERE CHARGED FOR A PERMIT WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN PULLED FOR THE WORK AND WHEN ASKED FOR A COPY OF IT, WERE TOLD THEY NEVER PULLED ONE. THE TILE FLOOR HAD TO BE RE-GROUTED THREE TIMES, ON TOP OF NEVER PULLING THE OLD FLOOR UP, WHICH MADE THE FLOOR HIGHER, IN WHICH HIS WORKERS NEEDED TO CUT OUR BATHROOM DOOR DOWN SO WE COULD CLOSE THE BATHROOM FLOOR. WE CALLED HOME DEPOT AND THEY SENT RE-BATH OUT TO FIX EVERYTHING WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH. DAVID BYLO CAME TO OUR HOUSE WITH A ROTTEN ATTITUDE. WE HAD TO CHECK OFF PAPER WORK WITH WHAT HE SUPPOSEDLY REPAIRED, WE FELT HE DIDN'T DO EVERYTHING HE WAS SUPPOSED TO AND WE WOUNDN'T CHECK THE BOX. DAVID BYLO WHO IS THE VICE PRESIDENT CHECKED THE BOX BEHIND OUR BACK, MY HUSBAND ASKED FOR A COPY AND SAW THAT HE CHECKED THE BOX!
