Description of Work: A good job. Very professional worker was quite pleasant to work with in our home; he promptly emailed possible additions for a full downstairs bathroom. Very fine contact too with the principal architect in the office. |I'd rate an overall A- to B+; I'm a tough grader: I require near magic for a solid A.

Description of Work: Requested architectural consultation for a redesign of apartment unit over our garage. The architect quickly identified structural issues with the building that need to be addressed first and foremost and then provided detailed floor plans for use later on.

Description of Work: I had asked for an architect to help us look at options for what to do with our front porch and living room. When she arrived she explained that we actually needed to talk to a contractor, but she could do a detailed floor plan. It was not what we wanted, but we did get a floor plan out of it. |

Description of Work: The experience was positive. They drew plans for my addition. They went through a couple of stages with designing and options. They did not overcharge me and they did decent work. They were responsive.

Description of Work: Created a design for a 4 season porch expansion and renovation. His estimate on cost and timing were considerably lower than all estimates, and many features were impractical. The design was interesting, however and I have no doubt it would have looked interesting.

Description of Work: I liked this architect, except that she promised to send me rough sketches of what she suggested, and she never did.

Description of Work: For the agreed upon contract of $195.00 for 3.5 hours of work, an architect produced a professional drawing of a upgrade from a 1/2 bath to a full bath in a master bedroom. Drawings were excellent and very helpful to the contractor who is presently installing the new shower. |Only negative was an extra charge ($280.00 )for 2.5 hours of work that was not completed in the agreed upon time. This was excessive in my mind.

Description of Work: They were more interested in doing the graphic design than giving ideas but the ideas were good. There was an additional cost for an extra of drafting time. I would have preferred them to not do that to avoid the additional cost.

Description of Work: I thought I would get drawn plans in the end. Bob came over and we discussed different construction ideas. The info he provided was somewhat helpful. Just not what I thought I paid for.

Description of Work: August 2014 - $195 for 3 and a 1/2 hours of architectural design consultation. She was very helpful. I didn’t use the whole time and she indicated I could use the remaining amount at a later time.
