Artios Architects

Description of Work: The gentleman from the company came out to meet me. He was very informative and helpful. I was not ready at the time to utilize the service.

Description of Work: We had Artios Architects sketch out a new floor plan for a master bathroom we were looking to update. The design was very basic and even included a floor plan where the toilet was placed in front of the door upon entering the bathroom and each plan showed our existing window in the shower area. The ideas generated were ones that we could have imagined. We were hoping for a set of ideas that would use the existing space in a unique way (which was not what we received). Unfortunately, because of this, we would not use them for future projects.

Description of Work: They created various architectural plans based on our current kitchen layout and some possible remodeling plans.

Description of Work: The interior work on the first floor that I wanted to do to accommodate my daughter's motorized wheelchair was determined to be not feasible. His alternative suggestion I am acting upon.

Description of Work: Got the coupon off Angie's list, not sure what the price would be for a full set of plans for the project, found out it was way to much, wish we knew that before spending the $$ on the 'coupon'. Got plans done for MUCH cheaper from someone else.

Description of Work: It was my first time dealing with an Architect. I was provided what I asked for so overall experience was ok. I changed my Architect because my new Architect provided new ideas on its own and 3D Color Elevations too.

Description of Work: I am considering remodeling my kitchen and adding on a room. First a consultant came and looked around the house and interviewed my husband and I about what changes we wanted. a week later the architect came by, took notes and measurements, discussed our plans, gave us some suggestions. In a very timely manner, I received an e-mail with two optional plans for my remodeling.

Description of Work: architect bob was professional and punctual. he had some good ideas for me but did warn me in advance that my house may not be zoned for what I wanted. eventually, I did go to the building dept to find that he was correct. for now, I have put any further plans on hold, but would use this company again

Description of Work: I found they provided me know useful information and no practical ideas on how to go about with any new plans. overall it was a complete waste of time and money

Description of Work: All went well. Architect showed up on time and listened carefully to what was needed. He came up with drawings and ideas on the spot and was willing to change them and add some of his own thoughts. |I may need to call him back to use up may last hour of consultation. The job was and addition to a house in order to enlarge two baths. New idea is to enlarge a bedroom and bath. We shall see how this goes.
