It went very well. I definitely would use them again if I needed to. They had a coupon for first timers and I took advantage of it and they were very honest about it. There is always more than one thing that needs to be done when it comes to plumbing and they took care of more than one thing for me.

It turned out fine. They were reasonably priced and efficient. They did some extra work for me and did the whole job so that I didn't need to hire other people.

The showed up on time. The removed the old sink. They put the new sink in. They reworked the plumbing. It was done quickly, and professionally; they were friendly and knowledgeable. Communication is wonderful. All of that and they were within the estimate. I'm very happy to work with Bill and his team and would recommend them to anyone for jobs large and small.

Bill provided us with separate quotes for the installation of three different types of hot water heaters, per our request, and answered all of our questions regarding the differences between the water heaters. The installation was performed within days of our accepting the quote, the plumbers arrived on time, and everything they have installed is working well so far. The plumbers who performed the installation were very courteous and cleaned up after the work was complete. Overall, it was a good experience and we will definitely use Vasiles in the future.

This is our second time using Vasiles (my first time writing a review) and we are once again very happy with the service. Bill came over the morning we called him that our hot water heater rusted out and flooded our basement. He was in and out quickly and always takes great care in his work. The first time we used him he installed a new bathroom in our basement, dishwasher, and relocated our dryer. Would highly recommend him and his team.

The two apartments had previously shared a water heater. The hot water lines had to be separated. Estimates were obtained and I decided to go with Vasiles Plumbing. They started work within a reasonable period of time. They showed up the days they said and on time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the. It was very easy to contact their office, if the need ever arose. The work was done within the time frame that we had setup. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves daily. One of the zone circulating pumps for the first floor heating system failed within a few weeks. Bill was called because of a lack of heat in one of the zones. He came out that same day and discovered the faulty pump. He was able to procure a new one and my heat was back to normal that day. I would highly recommend using Vasilis Plumbing and Heating.

I am very pleased with them. Bill is very polite, and they are always on time. Their prices are reasonable as well. A couple of years ago they were ready to come out to my home immediately when my water heater went out. I've been happy with them and would highly recommend them.

Vasiles always act in a totally professional manner. They were running late on Thursday and instead of canceling, they showed up later that night to finish the job.

Vasiles was considerably cheaper in price than my usual plumber. They traveled outside of their normal service area to quote the job and then to complete the work. The professionalism of the office manager and plumbers was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and they knew the subject matter. The quote was easy to read without a lot of fine print and the job was completed to the quoted price. No surprises. The new furnace was installed without any difficulty. One of the circulators started to make a funny noise after a week and they came right out and switched it with a new circulator. My only compliant (very small) was that it took a little longer to complete the job due to scheduling difficulties with the electrician and chimney guys so it required us to take a few more vacation days from work than originally planned. I will use Vasiles for all of my plumbing from this point forward.

The work went perfectly. When I've had issues in the past, they have come very promptly. They are very professional. They don't just look at something and walk away. They spend time looking at what the situation is.
