I got a spoof call talking about this business name bus said the location was in Virginia. So I took the liberty to call the business directly and it's in the Boston area. This gentleman was nice and professional explaining this has been happening for years people using his business name. He is a victim of India trying to scam people. It's our governments fault for allowing spoof phone numbers to reach people.

Description of Work: replaced two windows in kitchen. very efficient. on time, very happy with windows. cleaned up after themselves also. A few months ago had insulation blown into ceiling in garage. Very satisfied with that job also. Would call them back in a heartbeat when we need anything else replaced in house.

Description of Work: JOHN CARROLL AND HIS TEAM REMOVED A WOODEN CHIMNEY CHASE, REPAIRED ROTTED SHEATHING AND TRIM BOARDS. THE CHIMNEY CHASE WAS REFRAMED AND RESHEATHED TO ACCOMMODATE A GAS FIREPLACE INSERT. TRIM WAS REPLACED WITH COMPOSITE MATERIALS, AND ALL CEDAR CLAPBOARD SIDING WAS REPLACED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN FOR ANY WORK THAT I HAVE.

Description of Work: Mr. Carroll came for an estimate, then installed two storm windows as planned. When one did not fit snugly, he went out and got a piece of wood so air would not come in. He honored the Angie's List coupon despite it being a small job. I was very satisfied.

 + -1 moreI recommend US Home wholeheartedly. For the first project, they were the only ones who bid, but fortunately they did a great job. They were the only ones we called for the second. They were on-time, on-budget and cleaned up after themselves. We're very pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship. We'd use them again but we're out of windows to replace and the ones we bought came with a long-term guarantee.
Description of Work: For this project, we replaced 19 double hung windows. These were replacement windows manufactured by Thermal Industries and required removal of the old windows. We had previously used US Home to replace a bay window and two double Hung's which had rotted and required extensive rebuilding of the frames to install the new windows.
