Description of Work: Rug cleaning

Description of Work: I first used this company to wash my 5X8 carpets way back in the late 90's. They picked up my rugs and they did not return them in the 2 week period as promised. After 3 weeks, I called the company and they said that they would get them to me. After 5 to 6 weeks, I called the company again and they told me that they could not locate the rugs and that they would have to look around their place of work. Eventually I got the rugs back after about 4 months. When I unrolled the rugs, a large stain line of about 6 inches wide ran down the with of the rug. It was obvious that the rug was rolled up and place in a spot where there was a leak of some sort above it. I then remembered that their truck they used had a skylight built into the roof toward the cab of the truck and it was my guess that they placed my rug in the cargo area under that skylight. I gave up on calling this company for I did not want to wait another 4 months for my rugs to come back. Last year in 2011, a family memeber who was not aware of my experience called The Clean Team to come into their home to clean the wall -to-wall carpets. The employee did a horrible job and did not clean the rug in an orderly fashion. The employee just swiped random strokes with the machine and neglected to move the small side tables, etc. This company then took the dining room oriental rug with them and the same routine as above occured again. My relative called the company to lodge a complaint about the horrible job done on the wall-to-wall carpeting - this company would not acknowlege the problem and would not come back to correct the job. Then it took my relative numerous calls to get the dining room rug back. Over a month went by, no rug. The holidays went by, no rug. It took our family member to threaten them with legal action to get their rug back and when it was unrolled, it smelled musty and the fringes were stained yellowish/brownish. They hope that no one else has to go through their experience. I highly suggest for the List members out there to use someone else.

Description of Work: They cleaned a carpet in the bedroom that is original to the condo. It must be 20-25 years old and I couldn't believe it is the same carpet. I dont' think the previous owners ever had it cleaned. It had pet stains and they are gone. I have eveyr intentio of using them again and again.
