Steve was on time, he performed the work as described, cleaned up after themselves, and even helped me answer a few other questions.

The house we bought has w whole house fan tha ttI felt was too noisy. Steve showed up as promised. Spent some time looking at my whole house fan and the old manual then went up into the attic. He told me it was an exceptionally well built and well installed fan and that although he hates to turn down work, he recommends keeping it and not replacing it which would likely result inMurphy's Law. I valued his honesty. I would use him again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend him. He was pleasant, professional and most of all honest

Steve was prompt, professional and did high quality work. I actually asked him to estimate three separate jobs. I went ahead and had him do two of the three - replace a bathroom fan and install and exterior electrical outlet. Both jobs were done well and with attention to detail. In addition to the electrical work, cuts into the ceiling and side of the house were done and finished cleanly. The work areas were left clean upon completion. Price/value was very reasonable based on the 2-3 additional estimates I had gotten from other sources.
